- Springtime has come to the Ouachita Mountain valley and there is a definite SPRING in my step as I film the vibrant colors and new life everywhere. In this video, we walk through scenes of springtime in a crunchy gravel walk accompanying a video montage of the season because, after all, we can't see everything from just one country road...This is a little bit different than most of my videos and walked at a slower pace, as I try to share some of the best of my favorite season-SPRING!
I hope you will find this video helpful for relaxation and calming an anxious mind during times of stress. It can also be helpful as an aide for meditation, focus, study.
