at a buffet, i personally sneak corndogs into the buffet so others can enjoy them. I hide 6 corndogs in my jacket pockets. it then, is a joy for me to see other patrons of the establishment eat my corndogs thinking they were part of the buffet.

I recently went to this buffet, and there were these corn dogs there that were actually incredible. It’s strange, because the corn dogs seemed out of place for the establishments selection of food, but they were certainly the finest item at the buffet table. I praise the chef that made those!

I am pretty disappointed that off-meta weapons seem to get shifted constantly, but no adjustments happen to the 301 or 99. Volt in Care package and Flatline in crafter has made it where a trio all run light ammo and all compete for attachments.
With the Flatline by the time you can hit a crafter you have to decide if you want a flatline with no attachments, or a better bag that can take more heals and ammo into late game. Not really a contest.
Crafting as a whole is a mechanic I do not enjoy in its current state, and putting off meta weapons into crafting now further enforces the pick up a 99 or 301.
EXACTLY! its like people have decided that R99 and R301 are the only guns theyre gonna use, as soon as anything comes in their way it either gets nerfed or CPed
it has happened to spitfire, hemlock, havoc, Lstar, volt and now flatline
Next up is rampage because people cannot bear it that a gun is better than R301
And also because of the flatline being in the crafter, there isnt another viable AR which makes light ammo guns more in demand

@@spiralwhirlpool2366 seriously we need a new ar or a buff to the hemlock/havoc bc even when flatty comes out of crafting due to its lower ttk and higher recoil most are gonna opt for a r3 anyways. That or rever the flatty to its previous damage but nerf its hipfire which is the major reason it was so prevalent in high level play. Im just tired of everyone running the same 4 or 5 weapons bc its not as viable to run others ( and 2 of those weapons are high skill in the pk and wingman so not even everyone are using those).
Just bc a weapon is popular does not mean it needs a nerf, and just bc a weapon is strong at mid-long range does not mean it needs a nerf (looking at you rampage complainers). We need various meta weapons not only so you arent screwed if you dont get x weapon on drop/mid game, but also to accommodate for various play styles and the fact that there are 3 people on a squad trying to split loot, which is a lot easier if yall aint running the same weapons/ammo

my favorite thing about the flatline being in the replicator is when i get stuck with with an eva-8 with 3 ammo and 17 sniper stocks, the enemy team who landed near me wont turn me into swiss cheese using heavy bullets.
Idk Kandy, but i gotta agree with Boom. Anvil receiver is one of the best hop-ups
True. I mean you gotta hit those heads before you feel the skullpiercer whereas you just spam single-fires with anvil which is still fast. So anvil's better if not best the dps between the two.

Even though the flatline has less dps it has so much more dmg per magazine you can miss half of it and still kill the enemy which makes it more forgiving than the 301. It definitely needed the nerf.
And it's definitely understandable to put it on replicator this season considering the fact that 90% of all players on one lobby use flatline when it was on ground loot.. I love flatline and I do feel sad a little bit you cannot find it on ground anymore but I do think the adjustment was justified

I personally thought the flatline needed a nerf, but putting it in the crafter was a bit unnecessary. I was happy with the 1 damage nerf but anything else was excessive. I can’t complain about not having recoil because I have to play in PC lobbies if I want to play with mates.

I think that most people dont want to take the time to craft a flatline when they can use a rampage. I think the rampage should be swapped with it, that would be a good way to manage it
Flatline being nerfed after high usage is totally within expectations. Seriously that thing slaps and since many people think that the R-301 is meta people tend to be sheeps and follow whatever floats their goats. I've been using that gun for more than a year now and since everybody wants an R-301 I've been staying well away from that meta. Once everybody finds out how broken the Flatline is everybody wants to be in on it. I'm pretty mad that my go to gun got a 1 damage nerf but it means people can stay the hell away from what clearly been seen as an underated gun for years. It's like the Spitfire case all over again.

Volt in care package, flatline in replicator so now everyone is using light guns, shotguns, and the triple take. Some people are using the wingman still but that’s the majority of weapons you see now.

Kandy and everyone else have predicted the flatline nerf. It was obvious when 70% of the lobby is running a flatline that Respawn would catch whiff of it
I think the primary reason why it's inconsistent to get the flatline and the longbow is because of spawning, and the ring. Because you don't know where you're going to go, you never really get to choose your own spot. Another reason is how long it takes. Yeah, you CAN choose your spot, but then you have to collect the dough, then get to a crafter, then craft and wait, THEN you get the flatline, or the longbow. Why would anyone, if they want to kill other players as fast as possible, sit at a crafter, when I could just land in the best place to be on the map, pick a weapon up off the ground, and start killing people? The flatline is worth it if you do craft it and the 1 damage difference doesn't matter most of the time, I would argue it's still better then the r-301, but I can get the r-301 faster then the flatline. That's my theory.

Damage per mag, hipfire plus headshots are way more rewarding
That being said I still have been using the r3 over it even kno it was my favorite gun for like 4 season

when I use it also feels extremely easy and broken, and I dont even have good aim
they should add significant horizontal recoil after each shot, it should be a handcannon, not a lasercannon

It's definitely a double-edged sword, on one hand, having a "default" option that rotates helps with respawning away from your dedbox while also giving more room for weapons in loot pool. I get it, devs want players to try as much guns as possible. On the other hand, it removes that "trusty alternative" out of the equation while forcing an artificial rotation beyond the regular Care Package pool.
Triple Take got devastated with it's recent nerf, making it one of the Gold Guns this season is like an insult to injury.
Flatline used to be my favorite, but some how someday I couldn't control it anymore.
I just found out that in control, whenever your weapons go up a level it automatically reloads it, it just reloaded my kraber and I only had 1 bullet left

IT WORKS, hold the weapon while it’s levelling up and it will give it ammo, I tried it without any spare ammo so idk if it works with spare ammo

I'm convinced these devs have no idea what they're doing. They're slightly nerfing weapons AND removing them from ground loot because they know the nerf isn't enough and they have no idea what to do so they just made it harder to acquire instead of properly balancing it. It's the vice versa of what they do with care package weapons. They don't know what to do with the ground loot versions so they intentionally break them to encourage people to use them and throw them in the package because they think that somehow balances them.
Glad I took a vacation from this game. Don't even get me started on the Legend balancing, which has been a mess for a while now.
Yeah I forget that I can craft the Flatline and Longbow, and so they just go unused.
The best thing about the flatline always was the magsize paired with the dps, the total dmg per mag always has been huge, which let u one clip people with ease even without a mag attachment, only beaten by devo(very unreliable) and Spitfire which has always been strong af
Idk if I follow respawns logic this season. Maybe I'm missing something but the weapon health seems to be suffering right now. I only see 301 and mastiff/pk/wing. I feel like all white attachments should be dropped since they can't seem to figure out loot pool issues.

I don’t think the dmg nerf was necessary. The recoil was already hard to control. Now I always will go for a 301 over the flat
I love it that they put the Flatline and the Longbow in the Crafter. Now you have more space on the Ground Loot and you can get an Flatline and/or a Longbow whenever you want. Just the Damage nerf wasn't necessary in my Opinion.

I’m getting sick of dropping a trap then picking it up by mistake when reloading or closing a door. Could they not have it so you have to hold the button in to pick traps back up?

interesting maths... the flatline damage nerf only makes an impact on blue and red armors (assuming all bodyshots) its the same ttk for white/purple

it only got nerfed cuz influencers as so decided to say it was broken when in reality the person plays everyday and hits their shots, talkin bout its op. every gun in this game is op if u hit your shots. thats why the game is so beautifully made. the community fuxx it up lowkey
the 19 damage was pretty good, just pretty rare to get flatline if you don't plan your games around it, it's still a pretty good gun all round, but i think the r3 beats it now for ttk cause of the nerf
Nerf is so dumb :/ the lower recoil gun has the higher dps, but tbf flatline hs dmg is pretty OP.

honestly the flatline nerf shoulda been to hipfire not to damage, bc now there is almost no reason to pick it up (once its out of crafting) over and r301 since its ttk is lower in most scenarios, is the flatty still good? sure but the r3 is better ttk wise and recoil wise so for a majority of players its just the smarter move. They basically turned a 2 ar meta into a 1 ar meta, unless the hemlock or havok recieve a buff (ie turbo being more accessible for havoc and less recoil on the burst for hemlock) then i doubt most ppl will pick anything over the r301

@@HardHeadMilitary flatty is still a beast and very easily one mags red shields with a blue mag, but it's dps is lower than the r301, so if your aim is on point r301is the better choice now, it's no longer a due you want more damage and recoil, or do you want slightly less damage and less recoil argument, but rather a do you just wanna run a different type of ammo and this is the next best thing argument
