I am from Timor Leste and just found this chanel rated to the WWII. This kind of war could be felt till Asia eventhough I was not born yet at the time. Rest in Peace for the late soldiers who had lost their lives during the War.
I first had a similar thought many years ago as my wife and I walked through the Civil War National Cemetery at Shiloh, TN. We had just dropped off our son at college and it struck me like thunder that most of those graves held soldiers about my son's age. I could hardly breath. The same is true for these soldiers and for the millions in national cemeteries around the world. I have served in the US Navy but a paraphrase comes to me from a 1960s song; "When will we ever learn...."

Bullshit. They basically invited communism into Europe by trying to invade the home of communism. Who knows what would have happened had they not invaded Russia?
This is not a cemetery but a depository for the remains of murderers in uniform. The honor and glory is worshiped and kept to those who gave everything for the liberation of peoples, freeing them from the clutches of these monsters

War criminals start at the top, these poor guys were exposed to the worst of human savagery and fought did what they had to to survive or die, I don’t blame the common soldier but the top leaders, politicians.. look at western and EU leaders.. human garbage that make bad choices and don’t care about there citizens
My grandfather, Otto Kreimes is buried here. Rest in peace grandfather.

What a waste of young human life such a war is to be seen in the soldiers' cemeteries in full force

Enemies??? And why was that? But it is a waste of young lives, that's for sure.

@@littlenemo14 If they hadn't invaded Russia, the communism would still arrive in Europe at some point

These poor soldiers were told to go to war by tyrants I'm sure they did not want to leave their family

So sad all the youthful men lost at the whims of a psychopath named Hitler! May they all rest in peace with our Lord in heaven...
It doesn't matter the cause, or what one believes in...
What a waste.
Especially of young lives.
Very sad!
