Thanks Shayan for another top quality video. Did a test and to my surprise my natural (internal) style is red! My adapted (external) style is blue however, which is more what I thought I was. This difference is interesting and could be something to address in a later video. It was a huge insight to learn about these styles. It really explains why people behave the way they do, and knowing which style they fit into is extremely useful! Keep it up!

Great video about the DISC model. My personal experience about the model is that it is useful to learn something about yourself and how you see yourself. I had to do it or have done it several times in different situations. Working in science, being a mother, leading a development team, assessing risks as a profession etc. The result was always different. Which proves that it is a good model. The different roles asked for different sides of my personality and you see yourself in another light. More "S" is good for a mother of little kids, without "I" not so brilliant for a scientist, a good share of "D" is useful when you leading a development team under constant time pressure, but "C" is better when assessing the uncertain (aka risk in finance). Different results are the consequence of a model, which assesses you based on your answers.
