Brilliant video. I'm a teacher and will be showing it to my class as we study the native wildlife. Any chance you could make a list of all the animals in the video?!
No worries Gareth il tell you the less obvious ones and if there is still some your not sure of just let me know 👍 so the "diving bird about a minute in, is Called a little Grebe followed by the Kingfisher which is the blue bird ! Then there is heron with the big beak, all the deer, are fallow deer, the same type of deer that can be found in Phoenix Park, the black stoat like animal that is in around the tree is a pine marten, a lovely animal that is bouncing back in number and in doing so helping the res Squirrels bounce back also ! Hope fully I haven't missed any be sure just to ask if I have ! Great to hear you wil be showing my videos if your class hope they like it and inspire a few 👍
Absolutely beautiful! Well done! Now, can you tell me what that little black fella is that came behind the tree with the white chest? I have never seen an animal like that. I assume this is all around where you live? What part of the country is it?
Thank you for the kind words Pauline 😁 that is a Pine Marten lovely little animals very shy most of the time :) ! One of my favorites ! I have a little series about trying to film that guy check it out via my playlists :) ! I'm based in Co.Cavan but they can be found across most of the country now :) Thanks again !
