They can increase the the volume and disturb the whole neighbourhood but they can put the volume in a suitable decibel where it can be heard by only the congregation only. In Europe mostly police will come and quarry you and if they ever come again you will pay a fine and be limited. In my hood there's an ICGC church until you enter the building you won't even know that there is church going on there. That's how it's supposed to be done. I am a devout Christian but let's be real and live peacefully.
