Yes, when I visited Nottoway, it was a very eerie feeling from the moment, you step foot in the front door. But the strange thing is, it also felt like home to me, which also terrified me. I felt comfortable in a place I’ve never been.
When I was younger my mom and I would go visit my aunt who moved to Louisiana from Kansas. Every time we would visit we would always make the small trip to see this huge house called Nottoway, it was my favorite place to go! It never got old or boring to see it every year. My mom and I ended up moving to Louisiana a few years later and I have now lived here for 37 years. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been to Nottoway now but, it’s still the most beautiful, magical place I’ve ever been to! 💖
I have been here with my family for one of the family reunions. Idk how my family didnt feel it cause i was close to them. The reason why that is (even though i hate most of them) because when I was by one of the stair cases i had shivers down my spine and I thought I saw something from the corner of my eye. Also that little Simi cirlcle thing is where gaurds used to stand or whatever the person was. The people were tiny back then it surprised me. To be exact. The spiral stair case in the video is where I felt the presence the most

I stayed on the grounds 2013 -- awesome place... The resturants is good food..... wonderful place
I worked at Nottaway from 2014 - 2016 as a bellman and never saw the woman in this interview
Would i go back? Yes because its beautiful but no because of what I saw and felt. I new i didnt imagine anything
