Gavin seeing Ho-Oh like Ashe in the first episode is very funny to me. The next pokemon series, instead of following Ashe and pikachu, follow Gavin and Jeremy sized squirtle
According to pixel mons growth calculator. Gavins squirtle is Microscopic, 33% his average size. Which is impossible on wild pokemon, so it can only be gotten from breeding or in this case, random chance on his starter
If I recall not a 100% sure since it was ages ago but Pokémon that was tiny turned out to be more rare I think it was. So technically Gavin had a rare Pokémon. Again not sure.
God, I wish that they'd do a proper Pixelmon series of sorts. Like, they just have people from the office/community either challenging their gyms or challenging gyms that they've made xD

Be cautious about leaving them open. A TH-camr names JT has been getting attacked and harassed through fan subtitles and translation.

One Year Later: That's actually a regular sized Charizard. The average height of a Charizard is 5'7.
I love how Squirtle's tininess isn't even exaggerated that much in the animation compared to the game.
