The akatsuki are definitely complex I like that kishimoto wanted them to be antiheros instead of being evil for the sake of being evil I think kishimoto greatest strength is in writing his villains kishimoto a genius in writing complex and compelling villains that makes sympathize with and understands them my favorite part of naruto is not the powers or the villages or tailed beast my favorite part of naruto is the villains I like them more than the heros
True, he lost his composure for a whole minute when kabuto pulled out edo madara and I don’t think he’s that much weaker than madara for that reaction to be understood as him just being scared of madara
Another nice trivia is that the Akatsuki killed Hiruzen, his wife and son. Orochimaru killed Hiruzen, Hidan killed Asuma and Obito may have killed Biwako. In the manga, Biwako is just shown on the ground beaten but in the anime they added blood. I don't know if there's a funeral scene where Hiruzen's wife memorial appears to confirm she died there during Naruto's birth. Great video/channel, keep going for more!
@@JuubiTazwhat a like about the akatsuki is they are a reflection of the darkness of the shnobi system what created the akatsuki are the five vliages and shnobi system who do think is worse the akatsuki or the five vliages because they also did terrible things
I feel bad for Deidara, no wonder why he's insane. Forced to join a criminal group at the age of 14 (According to CBR). I have to add on but, no way they had a one sleeve cloak. I would feel so uncomfortable wearing that🤣
he was already a war criminal by that time, he was making and selling his "art" as detonatable bombs to anyone who paid regardless of their intentions.
Sasori kidnapped the 3rd Kazekage and killed him, who was the most powerful Kage in his best years. That's why he is wanted :D And he erased a village by killing everyone or almost everyone living there to get knowledge on how to become immortal.
Yeah but no one knew what happened to the 3rd Kazekage*, tho its likely he's wanted for all the other shinobi that he's killed & turned into his human puppets
sasori didn't fight fair against the third he poisoned him then took his corpse once he died of heart failure. the anime shows us how extremely proficient an agile the third kazekage really was. and Rasa his successor an the sand siblings father only lost to orochimaru cause his sand was useless against kimimaru's kekkei genkai had orochimaru fought Rasa alone he would not have been able to kill him.
@@JuubiTaz But it's also true the other way around, Obito never considered them allies, he viewed them as pawns and he was going to dispose of them when their usefulness came to an end.
@sarahfortune7760 Pain indeed DOES turn on Obito last second. At first when Pain came to the Leaf Village, he was committed to destroying it. By the end, he literally revived everyone that had died in his attack. Nor Obito, or Zetsu or even Konan foresaw Nagato turning around and using Rinne Rebirth.
@@dylanwalser3138 Imean yeah he actually did betray Obito. However, I'm thinking of Nagato and Konan's actual plan if they did succeed in taking all the tailed beasts. I figure that they won't actually give the beasts to Tobi, I'm wondering how will they get off easily. Will they hide? Fight? Konan has the billion papers ready for at least some time now before Pain attacked.
as a deidara fan girl : he is not only heavely inspired by Tarō Okamoto, the yokai he is leaned on is the Daidarabotchi. A Yokai big as a Mounten. leaving foot prints in a sice of a lake. which can be interpreted as his explosions that leave big crater.
@@JuubiTaz but i didnt find any evedince that this is true. But seeing that the akatsuki are All based on yokai they most likely share simular characteristics. Like Kakuzu is probably conceited of his yokai origin.
I was always under the impression (at least when watching the anime) that Itachi’s entire hanging arm scene wasn’t because of his sleeve but because of his stamina. Or his need to not exert anymore unnecessary energy or stamina. That of course was never confirmed in of itself but the data books listing of Itachi, shows him as having less than optimal stamina out of all his capabilities. So that’s was we always assumed.
It was foreshadowed Pain wanted to betray Obito when Nagato used rainmaker jutsu! Nagato could sense every drop of rain and made it rain especially hard when Obito visited on a Sunday (which usually doesnt' rain according to the Rain Village inhabitants)
incorrect Nagato really did believe in obito's false ideal of erasing the world to create a new one. he had every intention to carry out his plan the same could not be said of Konan however she despised him an chose to believe in her fallen comrade that the masked man was evil an just wanted the rinnegan for evil ends. zetsu even attempted to kill her once by luring her into a trap hoping she'd be gone permanently so that he could continue to carry out his own plans.
An amazing video bro. People don't know that the Akatsuki members were at each others' throats. Oruchimaru was a member but betrayed them anyway, Itachi and Obito were in a Cold-war with each other with Pain being unaware of that, Obito was hiding from Itachi behind Pain, should Pain have caught wind of Itachi and Obito's pact he would lose respect for 'Madara' whom Obito was palying as. Also Pain and Obito were planning on betraying each other after collecting all tailed beasts. Pain was planning on using the Biju as nuclear weapons Obito was planning on Eye of the moon plan the race was who was going to enact their plan first.
This is the first ever video I’ve watched by you and I’m actually really impressed about how much knowledge you’ve gathered from it. I’m finishing up one piece but I’m thinking about rewatching Naruto again while OP is on break Instant subscribe and like by the way
13:44 In the second fan book, it’s stated that Hidan is slowly dying due to lack of nutrients. This book was released back in 2009. So take that info what you will.
Same as you I always went with the Rings being how they remotely appear in their holograms at group meetings. I think it makes sense because we don't see anyone else do anything similar outside of the peeps wearing rings, closest we get is full on clones or the Yamanaka telepathy stuff. Idk why Pain would let Orochimaru keep his though
@@hailacrunch4937 Wrong. Hidan was evil out of religious fanaticism, Kakuzu was evil out of greed and Deidara is straight-up insane. So basically, they're an average religious person, an average rich person and a mentally disturbed child with too much power.
Meh, I don't know about that. Realistically, most evil people don't have tragic backstories or even misguided ideals, they are usually selfish, greedy or too proud. In storytelling, the conflict between a protagonist and an antagonist is a conflict of ideals, which is fine, storytelling need not be realistic.
Fun fact every last 9 akatsuki died because of love. Sasori - parents, Hidan - religion, Kakuzu - money, Deidara - art, Nagato - peace, Konan - friends, Itachi - Sasuke, Kisame - recognition, Tobi - dreams. Akatsuki = where a bunch of actually good guys went ballistic because of different meaning in their life perception. Except Hidan and Kakuzu, they both are evil in the eyes of good guys. But tbf, they are actually good guys, in their respective manner.
That video is peak bro !! And to be honnest, I always wanted Orochimaru to get Sasuke's body haha. I wish i'd see him in his perfect body, he would have been the real menace he should have been! Because let's remember he was originally the big villain
@@JuubiTaz lmao obviously ... as you say in the video the new body decays in 3 years ... But what if Orochi upgrades and perfects the technique, just like Edo Tensei was perfected by Kabuto . Because Orochimaru's goal of immortality doesn't seem quite right if he has to change body every 3 years
Nagato explained in the manga that his plan was to create a world with a rotating cycle of pain and peace; where he'd provide the world with, essentially, a biju-infused nuke that he'd give to a village to use against an enemy. Whomever used the Biju nuke would cause great sorrow but would also create momentary peace in the shinobi world due to the devastation it caused. Eventually people would forget that pain and someone else would use the nuke; repeating the process indefinitely. If Nagato tentatively agreed to Obito's eye of the moon plan it was just to buy time and he didn't actually believe in it. I'm glad you touched on Orochimaru's knowledge of the progression of the sharingan, implying that he planned to unlock it after taking Sasuke's body, I believe that as well. I'm pretty sure that panel you showed of Deidara saying the captured 2 jinchurinki prior to Gaara was an error that was later corrected in the manga, since the 5, 6 and 7 tails were never shown to be captured in the manga, implying all 3 were captured before the time skip. This error was obviously used to the anime's advantage later on, as the 6 tails was a major filler arc.
Glad you enjoyed it! Also thanks for bringing it to my attention. I tried to make the subtitle longer in my new Uchiha Iceberg video. Feel free to check it out & lemme know what u think!
no sadly Spiral face"tobi" can not use kamui, as it has no eyes or mouth. it is however very durable an can phase thru solid objects very much like all the other zetsu can. an it can use limited wood release but if its in control of a wood release user such as hashirama or tenzo then it can use its full potential an was able to stand its ground against the allied shinobi an five kage.
@@JuubiTaz no it's a pointing at the opponent and projecting his chakra to casta genjutsu not a sharingan genjutsu but any normal genjutsu. After that he could place the person under sharingan genjutsu if he wanted.
Even if Itachi is basically a pacifist, that doesn't mean that he can't mobilize and adapt in an unnatural situation, especially if the confrontation is a serious one, he prefers most of the time to finish the fights as quickly as possible, that's why Itachi should never be underestimated. Itachi lived his whole life so that Sasuke could defeat him and become an Uchiha hero as well as a hero of the leaf. That, obviously, didn’t go as planned. However, it did allow Sasuke to grow and begin to start asking the right questions that would eventually lead him to becoming the man he (Itachi) wanted him to be. (Itachi was killed so that Sasuke could grow more powerful both as a character (to us in a real world moral sense) and as a Ninja. Itachi from the get go was extremely talented which more precisly means that Itachi just like Minato was pretty much an unique, authentic and especially unpredictable Shinobi which could exceed or overcome almost any expectations. (at least that's what we were shown in the anime by the creator Masashi Kishimoto himself) In my opinion No One in the series should underestimate such an unpredictable Shinobi like Itachi, even Madara (I won't say that Itachi can beat him, but at least he will be pretty much able to put a decent fight that Madara will also be impressed in my opinion). That is why it is arguable/debatable that he probably could or could not defeat foes like Minato, Obito or Pain/Nagato. Itachi was also a prodigy from birth and he knew all sorts of tricks and he's definitely a troublesome fellow to encounter. In my opinion, they are both very versatile, unique, interesting and especially very unpredictable in their way of fighting style approach. If you make an effort to look or to rewatch at all of Itachi's fights, you might discover that he's pretty much always able to outsmart anyone during a fight or a encounter, because of his unpredictability in his way of fighting style approach. His way of thinking and his calmness, intelligence and battle IQ experience factor it's very authentic and underrated, his true potential remain still unknown, because he wasn't go all out against anyone during the series.🤷🏻♂️☯️ I don't understand how some of you guys even dare or can to underestimate Itachi like that, many of you guys forget that Itachi isn't just any ordinary shinobi either, he is still considered by a very wide range of Naruto connoisseurs to be a very unique and unpredictable character at the same time and no one should underestimate him as some of you guys currently do. ;/ ☯️🤷🏻♂️What you have to remember, is that even in his battle with Sasuke, he has been fighting to lose. Itachi has always attempted to avoid conflict at all costs. He has to maintain his cover as an Akatsuki member, so he has to make viable excuses to avoid battle. When he says that fighting Jiraiya would have serious consequences, we know that he has an innate desire not to fight anyone at all, let alone a hero of the leaf, and he was a spy protecting Konoha from shadows. He could have killed Kakashi with ease. Kakashi even states that Itachi could have killed him, and wondered why he didn't. Knowing this, it is easy to see the pieces that point to a picture of Itachi that is devastatingly powerful in combat. In his confrontation with Asuma and Kurenai when he enters Konoha, we see him send Kurenai flying a large distance with a simple kick. We also see him deflect chidori, and snap Sasuke's arm like a twig with a single hand. He also sends Sasuke flying clear down the hallway with another kick in this fight. He is obviously a powerful, versatile, unpredictable and underrated taijutsu user. We know that he can kill with a glance using Tsukuyomi or Amaterasu, and become nearly invincible with his Susanoo. We see him use exploding clones, (it's his one of his unpredictability in his fighting way approach) powerful genjutsu not linked to his sharingan, ( with a single point of a one of his fingers) and making hand seals at insane speeds. He kicks the shit out of Kakashi and he barely moves. Tobi also tells us himself that Itachi could have killed him if it weren't for carefully guarded secrets. Orochimaru beats Tsunade and Jiraiya without the use of his arms. Granted, Jiraiya was drugged, but it's still the point. Orochimaru couldn't use seals at all. Itachi obliterated Orochimaru effortlessly. Itachi has been a step above from the beginning. In order for him to keep his cover in Akatsuki, he had to avoid conflict without arousing suspicion, and the best way to do that was to present himself as being much less powerful than he actually is. The one thing we have been able to see in detail, is his intelligence and unpredictability in his fighting way approach. Itachi has been shown to be able to plan events years in advance, to account for possible flaws in his plans with powerful contingencies, and to use every possibility to his advantage. Shikamaru plans a few hours in advance, and we label him a tactical genius. If that is the case, what does one even call Itachi? The only real flaws that Itachi possesses is a smaller chakra reserves, and his own morality which keeps him from gaining Eternal Mangekyo. But even the chakra is arguable. The techniques we see him use are enormously powerful, and would therefor have a huge chakra cost. I'm not going to say he is the most powerful character in the anime, but I am going to say he is definitely very very high on that list, and probably higher than most people seem to give him credit for. Lastly but not least, Kishimoto made sure that Itachi was seen as someone special and he did an incredible job in establishing that in the story.
Im glad Kishimoto abandonded the rings. If they really were important for sealing the bijuu, why would you give them to mercenaries that could and have easily died on the battle field and can potentially lose the rings. Just hand them out when it comes to sealing the bijuu amd keep em save until the rituals.
the rings were chakra receivers its how pain could contact each member as well as use their chakra to perform the gedo mazo nine headed dragons sealing. this is why the rings were important because they essentially acted as keys to send the tailed beast to their origin the Gedo Mazo aka the husk of the ten tails.
bro, I literally spent 15 hours just exporting this behemoth 😭 This is easily the most I've spend working on a video & was by far the most exhausting, so you bet its gonna be banger (;
30:12 Well, according to the information from Necro Karasu (Ironically, Konan from G1 and well from the Original Manga Series), there were actually Five Han who carried the Five Tails and in turn formed a weapons company in Iwagakure, earning a great fortune, the Of most interest are the last two Han, Han IV and Han V, Han IV was the Shinobi who fought in the Second and Third Ninja War, being the one we see in Minato's One-shot, however an incident occurred where he died ( In the G2 Universe it was a Gari Plot putting the Village of Iwagakure in Check in which Han IV was one of the fatal victims and we also learned that due to this incident, Deidara, at least from the G2 Continuity, was killed. He became a Nuken-nin when he was unfairly framed by Gari by putting false evidence against Deidara) and after death he was replaced by Han V, a young but ambitious inventor who was kidnapped by the Canon version of the G1 of Dotō the main antagonist character of the First Naruto Movie, however after a long period of captivity and seeing the gloom of the Snow Country, he decided to fight against Dotō, sacrificing himself to Han V in a huge explosion, managing to put an end to Dotō and his regime once and for all, being a hero without a cape who ended up forgotten, for his part Kokuō, the Five Tails ended up free and later captured by the Akatsuki without difficulty as he did not have a Jinchūriki like Isobu. Of course, information given by a character from G2, so take it with a grain of salt, although quite heroic, until the end it was Han V from G1 and before leaving some curiosities such as the Han revived in the War was Han IV and the version from his Video Games is Han V. Also mention that Han V counterpart from the G2 like his other Jinchūriki companions (With the exception of Rōshi and Yagura when they were replaced as Jinchūriki by Kurotsuchi and Haku) had a happy ending and better than the Canon of the G1 to the there if not only survive his encounter against Dotō but also join the rest of Jinchūriki to fight and defeat the Akatsuki successfully, in turn fulfilling his dream of an Iwagakure less isolated, filled with less conflict and more friendly in turn to make it prosper thanks to his advanced inventions.
I did consider the possibility that Han died & the 5 tails was captured without a Jinchuriki host like the 3 tails, but idk about this whole 5 separate Hans theory. What even is Necro Karasu and why would it talk about who essentially is a background character in Naruto?
@@JuubiTazNah, those last parts I'm kidding, those are more characters from a Story that is Plan Reboot 100% of the Naruto Verse. Seriously, I say that they caught Kokuō just like Isobu, that is, Han must have died at some point due to something unknown, whether from an incident, an illness or from old age. It still makes me quite angry that the Work has not Developed and Exploited the Gigantic Potential of the Jinchūriki since each one was a diamond in the rough character.
25:00 Another thing there is, i think Sasori intended Orochimaru to reanimate him. Sasori basically help konaha ro locate Orochimaru, or maybe he wants Orochimaru to know about his death and get his blood
totally agree with you but this is how I see it, its the flashy animation & plump action that brings you in & its the deep emotional themes, amazing characters & intricate world building that gets you to stay. Ive seen Pain's speech for example at least 20 times lol
"Morally gray" Kakuzu: I like money, so I kill people. Hidan: I like killing people. Deidara: Exploding things is beautiful. Sasori: I killed a country to get a lot of bodies. Obito: The girl I liked when I was 13 died, so I caused a war. Zetsu: Let's revive the bitch who's going to destroy the world. That's most of them, bro.
4:32 It still amuses me how very different the Akatsuki were when they were first presented in the Manga, possibly Kishimoto still wanted the idea that most of them were monsters, hence their peculiar silhouettes, the only ones that were half identified outside of Itachi and Kisame, They are Sasori in Hiruko's Body, Deidara who is the one upside down and Pain whose Rinnegan design is very different from the one we know, if not knowing what the Rinnegan design is like was coming from here, hahaha 😂😂😂
Hiruko-Sasori, Deidara, Pain, Maybe Konan & Kakuzu where shown, but there's also this MASSIVE Akatsuki silhouette, its a shame we didn't get to see who that beast was :/
5:20 I say that if there was at least one from there and possibly it was one of Kakuzu's companions, that is, possibly it was ashes of the echnique Katon: Zukokku, I suppose and more so that in its beginnings Akatsuki only pursued low rewards before going for the Bijū.
Do you know that Juubitaz profile picture was inspired by the only instance where two Akatsuki members fought for the possession of the reningan 😮😮😮😮😮😮
Fū being captured does conflict with Deidara's statement since he said both hosts were hated by their villages, they were misanthropes, and no one cared about them. This does not match Fū. Moreover, by the time Utakata was captured in the anime, the manga already said only two were left, so it is also in conflict. Ergo, seems like Utakata and Han were actually the first two captured, and Fū was captured some time after Gaara. It is never stated the Mountains Graveyard is in the Land of Iron. Most suspect the Land of Iron is further west.
Possibly what you say with Fū and more than in G2 (That although it happens in another Timeline/Universe) could be applied here that Fū fought against a formidable opponent and was exhausted being easy for the Akatsuki to catch, that or Kishi did it. I retract that and possibly the typical phrase of "A Necro Karasu put it in so that his Plan goes as planned" applies.
I really hate this statement from Deidara. It's akin to a nation losing access to a nuclear weapon to some insurgents and none of them did ANYTHING about it? I feel like however A reacted to Killer B's capture should have been similar to the way the others reacted.
@@shookt1569 to be fair Deidara couldn't have possibly known that "nothing" was done in retaliation to the first 2 captured Jinchuriki, unless Zetsu spied on their host villages after the capture & noticed that no one actually gave a fck about the Jinchuriki & announced that to the Akatsuki during a meeting
It's likely that Deidara was just trying to piss Naruto off. He also tells Kakashi that Sasori is "stronger than him" so that Kakashi leaves Naruto alone, so it's likely that Deidara was talking shit
Thinking bout it now, as much as Itachi was a spy n was under orders to commit mass genocide, he'd still be a fugitive regardless coz Danzo would jus throw him under the bus without hesitation
The documentary i saw years ago with the actual creators in it said that the first original concept of the akatski, was to have them be legitimate monsters and the creator decided to humanize them. Making them anti heroes was probably their second idea.
@JuubiTaz they explained that too , that making them monsters felt too much like a lot of other anime and they wanted to do something different with their villains, making them seem like monsters, but very much humans.
Nice costume ! :D You talk about Akatsuki ALL THE TIME ? That sounds ominous. So, your family members took a degree in Akatsuki even if they didn't want to enroll in Ninja Academy ? Say " chill out " to Raikage's face. I dare ya. I dare YA. Yeah. You mention Hiden novel, because there is not much bonus info about the group. You are mad to look into it and take what you can. Individual characters got their own novels while Akatsuki with about 11 characters there are meant to share just one and it's still somehow Sasuke's adventure, not Akatsuki's ._. I didn't know Kshi said he was aiming to made them humane and anti-villains. I know fandom loves them and you can easly make them humane, but Kishi left many things vague -it's easy to be called out, whenever you talk or write about Akatsuki in a symphatetic way as looking too much into canon or romanticising, and yet that was authors intention, even if not developed enough, because the most develoment Akatsuki has is after...well,after most of them is dead, like they were in the way of the storyline, not enhancing it. Which is especially sad considering that bonus info and bonus appearances - anime canon, literaly fiction inside the fiction (Characters inside a book read by character in a dream of character D:) or parody spin off - can by,by many fans just ignored, when their charcters get there the most fleshing out since they are not just bosses to defeat. And here, you saying Kishi meant something more. so sad he listened to editors and cut, for example, Akatsuki supresion arc. It also means, Kishi is fan of gap moe - he intended to make them humane while giving them consistently monstrous designes and abilities. Why you sure Kakuzu is inspired by urban legend specifical? Japanese have a thing with cut-lips,jokeresque monsters. They appear in couple of myths. Why Kuchisake onna ? Masterminds of Akatsuki always reminds me of the meme with several characters in the church pointing guns at each other and snipers :D When I listen to you I wonder why the older Akatsuki members didn't get closer to the truth, but I have a feeling, beside the rule "the lesser memebers know, the better,no betrayal etc." that they simply didn't care. Kakuzu would be content as long as he was getting paid and it was still a decent job, surely better than his village (aua, pain) and Sasori was to bitter and gave up on everything. I also wonder if actually, knowing that there could be some kind of escape from their lives, would they, in the corner of their hearts miss it and want to see it ? Like Kisame ? Itachi and his game of chess with OBito. Something tells me that even if Itachi survived and was not ill, he would die very quickly of old age, because he had too much on his plate since he was born. He would grow old quicker after using 100% of his mind and willpower... Of course, Konan. Kill the smurfette, the only woman. And show how important she is without showing it to broader audience. Yeah, from the Konan point of view, they were allied with the Obito, but they were not part of the Akatsuki, more like Obito jumped on the bandwagon. Sad it was only implied by Nagato and never later mentioned, if he was with Obito truly or not. I doubt it, he always treated Yahiko as the leader and probably was thinking that he and Obito are both using each other. But then, why not telling Naruto to be wary of him ? Did he trust Konan so much ? Konan didn't tell Naruto anything either...but she said directly to Obito's face, that Nagato and Yahiko were always doing their own thing. From the character or psychology point of view, they were never loyal to Obito and were actually not ever truly loyal to their new philosophy. I mean, Naruto didn't actually gave them convincing arguments and nothing of the substance beside promise and ability to frogive. That's a lot to inspire someone and remind them who they once were, but they were ready to accept Naruto's answer which sounded like "That fact that I do not have anserw now, doesn't mean I should give up searching and not having answer to a problem is not making wrong answer right one" (aka 'If we can't have true peace, we will have controled war and that's it"). Ad rem: Nagato and Konan were not as commited to their vision, maybe regreted their choices and, like Obito later, only waited for an excuse to finaly break free and leave it behind. So they were playing their own game for a long time.... Do you think history shown in the games is legit one ? I am not asking if it's canon, since, as you said, if it is not contradicting the manga, it should be treated as such - sometimes authors simply do not have possibility to cram everything into one medium,so they're using another, I am asking if their stories would be diffrent if it was not written with games in mind ? Deidara being forced to join in the manga is very good in the manga, but giving every other member the same is meh. You didn't mention about Hidan envisioning Akatsuki as a rock band :D And that he was Kishi's fav villaing, because it was funny to write someone who is evil for the lulz, without any deeper meaning to it. (his words, not mine !) Yeah, Zetsu's skills are terrifying. And there was a time, fans were thinking, Zetsu is the least important member, haha. Rings - forgotten concept. Irreplecable at the start, quickly treated it was never important. And I was freaking out while reading the manga, because Hidan and Kakuzu's bodies were in possesion of the LEaf and I was sure soemoen will go on a stealth mission at least to recover rings. nah. Thank you for your video, it made me remember once again how I love hearing how others love Akatsuki and still want to talk about them. Surely comment section will show it to :D They are immortal in a horatian sense ! Mission rank S now : next part ! You surely will find info worthy to mention in the next iceberg. Btw. ,your first one ^_^
lol, I had to suit up for the occasion.This is like my final presentation. The raikage can kiss my ass, he got outdone by Karin against Guruguru. Karin, after she gave Tsunade enough chakra to revive her back from the death essentially, so dont give me that "he was tired" bs I'd be so down for each individual Akatsuki got their own one shot, but ofc im dreaming 😪 I think Konan & Nagato didn't need to tell Naruto about Obito, Naruto was already foiling all his plans, they knew that he'd eventually come for Naruto and they decided to bet on Naruto. He defeated & changed Nagato, he could do the same to Obito Yeah, its sad that he wanted to developed them more, but couldn't cause of time constraints, I'd heard that he wanted to give more backstory to Hidan & Kakuzu in the manga but couldn't, so he just did in the databooks I dont think Sasori and Kakuzu were forced into the organization really, Kakuzu saw the potential of the group and Sasori was also interested in seeing what the group had to offer, since he was so unimpressed with the standard shinobi he was used to. Deidara on the other hand, didn't want anything to do with it & literally just wanted to do his 'art'. I do think the idea that Sasori & Kakuzu were senior members is probably pretty accurate & makes sense you know that in the Hiden novel, Hidan explains his religion to some kid him & Kakuzu met, and he makes it seem like he's killing to free people from their fear of death. "Kill thy neighbour", the kid asks Hidan if he'd ever kill Kakuzu but Hidan reassured him that since he hates Kakuzu, he didn't consider him his neighbour I'm gonna have to do a ton of research to come up with 30 more captions, but you know what it's definitely possible, glad you enjoyed the vid (;
They should of done more backstories in naruto...also every akatsuki haf to be taken down by in a non 1 v 1...sad...hidan itatchi and kohan were broken...also obviously pain
Zetsu stored all those recordings within itself, and it was able to relay all that it recorded to whomever it wanted by either latching onto the person, or even project it like a movie (which happened in the Itachi filler arc)
Deadass knew 99% of this y’all just got to pay attention to the show and there were a few holes in the iceberg as well some of what he didn’t know can be pieced with common knowledge and PAYING ATTENTION TO THE SHOW
i dont think deidaras explosion kekkeigenkai consists of eart and lightning because his weaknes is lighning as we saw in the fight vs sasuke who defuses deidaras bombs with lightning. also zetsu and tobi couldnt use the wooden style kekkeigenkai, its just a asumption of the autor because both could disapear in the earth and trees but all akasuki could do it ... so much BS in the first 2 min already. only hashirama cells could use wooden style whats so hard to understand about it
............ yeah both Obito and Zetsu have Hashirama cells and both used Mukoton in canon 🙃 Next time read the series first & save urself the embarrassment
I like Akatsuki as a concept but on practice they are kind of dumb. You have all these really cool ninjas which together could likely take over the world by themselves, then they act as individual enemy bosses who go 1 on 1 against other enemy ninjas then once defeated are completely forgotten and barely harm the Akatsuki as an organization at all. Why do they not stay together all the time? Why they do not gang up on everyone and one tap all jinchurikis? What the other members are even doing with their lives while they are not confronting the MC? Do they all just sit in their houses? I really don't get it.
the Duos are usually sent all over the shinobi world to carry all sorts of missions & tasks, but ur right, it is disappointing that they don't band all together except for like.. in the Road To Ninja movie
in the anime IT filler, Tsunade's dream (ep:432-450) has Sasori's Akatsuki, and the following arc (anime adaptation of Itachi novel ep:451-458) had the Akatsuki as well
This is the best and most complete video on the akatsuki by far. Ive been a Naruto fan for 20 years but learned many new things from this!
The Akatsuki is such a badass group from their outfit designs to the actual characters it's so hard not to love them
bro they're my favs, they definitely deserved a spinoff
The akatsuki are definitely complex I like that kishimoto wanted them to be antiheros instead of being evil for the sake of being evil I think kishimoto greatest strength is in writing his villains kishimoto a genius in writing complex and compelling villains that makes sympathize with and understands them my favorite part of naruto is not the powers or the villages or tailed beast my favorite part of naruto is the villains I like them more than the heros
I dont think obito ever had intentions of reviving madara at all but kabuto spoiled everything for him which led to his down fall
Obito was about to take the whole world on by himself
that is a fair assessment. he was shocked when he saw the corpse, completely taken off guard.
True, he lost his composure for a whole minute when kabuto pulled out edo madara and I don’t think he’s that much weaker than madara for that reaction to be understood as him just being scared of madara
@@andrewpaul8732 because kabuto found the corpse of madara....

I feel bad for Deidara, no wonder why he's insane. Forced to join a criminal group at the age of 14 (According to CBR). I have to add on but, no way they had a one sleeve cloak. I would feel so uncomfortable wearing that🤣
he was already a war criminal by that time, he was making and selling his "art" as detonatable bombs to anyone who paid regardless of their intentions.
he was always insane if u think abt it
Sasori kidnapped the 3rd Kazekage and killed him, who was the most powerful Kage in his best years. That's why he is wanted :D And he erased a village by killing everyone or almost everyone living there to get knowledge on how to become immortal.
Yeah but no one knew what happened to the 3rd Kazekage*, tho its likely he's wanted for all the other shinobi that he's killed & turned into his human puppets

and Rasa his successor an the sand siblings father only lost to orochimaru cause his sand was useless against kimimaru's kekkei genkai had orochimaru fought Rasa alone he would not have been able to kill him.

The thought of Pain betraying Obito last minute is so cool
I mean, when u think about it neither Yahiko nor Konan really trusted Obito, so it makes sense for Nagato to be wary
@@JuubiTaz But it's also true the other way around, Obito never considered them allies, he viewed them as pawns and he was going to dispose of them when their usefulness came to an end.
@@_Seru_ yeah pretty much, Obito was also gonna have to get the rinnegan eventually
Fight? Konan has the billion papers ready for at least some time now before Pain attacked.

he is not only heavely inspired by Tarō Okamoto, the yokai he is leaned on is the Daidarabotchi. A Yokai big as a Mounten. leaving foot prints in a sice of a lake. which can be interpreted as his explosions that leave big crater.
hmmm .. that's an interesting way to look at it
@@JuubiTaz but i didnt find any evedince that this is true. But seeing that the akatsuki are All based on yokai they most likely share simular characteristics. Like Kakuzu is probably conceited of his yokai origin.
Very well documented video, keep it up. 🔥
Solid vid, keep it up man
It was foreshadowed Pain wanted to betray Obito when Nagato used rainmaker jutsu! Nagato could sense every drop of rain and made it rain especially hard when Obito visited on a Sunday (which usually doesnt' rain according to the Rain Village inhabitants)
hmm.. I didn't notice that before, I guess Jiraiya was unlucky he pulled up the same day Obito did
incorrect Nagato really did believe in obito's false ideal of erasing the world to create a new one. he had every intention to carry out his plan the same could not be said of Konan however she despised him an chose to believe in her fallen comrade that the masked man was evil an just wanted the rinnegan for evil ends.
zetsu even attempted to kill her once by luring her into a trap hoping she'd be gone permanently so that he could continue to carry out his own plans.

I dont think Pain let Orochimaru keep it. Orochimaru's slippery & has hideouts throughout the shinobi world, so he wouldn't be that easy to catch

I like that kishimoto made the akatsuki antiheros instead of being evil for the sake of the being evil it makes them human and realistic
Hidan, Kakuzu and Deidara were pretty much evil for the sake of being evil.
@@hailacrunch4937 Wrong. Hidan was evil out of religious fanaticism, Kakuzu was evil out of greed and Deidara is straight-up insane.
So basically, they're an average religious person, an average rich person and a mentally disturbed child with too much power.
@@bobgoldham69 Do you know what the word average means? God damn.
They're not antiheroes. They're all villains. Stop lying!!!!

I think tobi understood obito a lot. That's why obito lets tobi to play the shots. Since both of them attached. May be tobi can use obito's kamui.
no sadly Spiral face"tobi" can not use kamui, as it has no eyes or mouth. it is however very durable an can phase thru solid objects very much like all the other zetsu can.
an it can use limited wood release but if its in control of a wood release user such as hashirama or tenzo then it can use its full potential an was able to stand its ground against the allied shinobi an five kage.

No one is going to read your essay lol…
You're craaaazy underrated
Im glad Kishimoto abandonded the rings. If they really were important for sealing the bijuu, why would you give them to mercenaries that could and have easily died on the battle field and can potentially lose the rings. Just hand them out when it comes to sealing the bijuu amd keep em save until the rituals.
I think the virtual meetings theory checks out more than the biju sealing
the rings were chakra receivers its how pain could contact each member as well as use their chakra to perform the gedo mazo nine headed dragons sealing.
this is why the rings were important because they essentially acted as keys to send the tailed beast to their origin the Gedo Mazo aka the husk of the ten tails.

@@shookt1569 As pointed out by the Tsuchikage, nations might not want to announce the loss due to political reasons.

The documentary i saw years ago with the actual creators in it said that the first original concept of the akatski, was to have them be legitimate monsters and the creator decided to humanize them. Making them anti heroes was probably their second idea.
I personally like that he humanized them, it made them stand out imo
@JuubiTaz they explained that too , that making them monsters felt too much like a lot of other anime and they wanted to do something different with their villains, making them seem like monsters, but very much humans.

You talk about Akatsuki ALL THE TIME ?
(his words, not mine !)
Yeah, Zetsu's skills are terrifying.
Btw. ,your first one ^_^
lol, I had to suit up for the occasion. This is like my final presentation.
The raikage can kiss my ass, he got outdone by Karin against Guruguru. Karin, after she gave Tsunade enough chakra to revive her back from the death essentially, so dont give me that "he was tired" bs
I'd be so down for each individual Akatsuki got their own one shot, but ofc im dreaming 😪
I think Konan & Nagato didn't need to tell Naruto about Obito, Naruto was already foiling all his plans, they knew that he'd eventually come for Naruto and they decided to bet on Naruto. He defeated & changed Nagato, he could do the same to Obito
Yeah, its sad that he wanted to developed them more, but couldn't cause of time constraints, I'd heard that he wanted to give more backstory to Hidan & Kakuzu in the manga but couldn't, so he just did in the databooks
I dont think Sasori and Kakuzu were forced into the organization really, Kakuzu saw the potential of the group and Sasori was also interested in seeing what the group had to offer, since he was so unimpressed with the standard shinobi he was used to. Deidara on the other hand, didn't want anything to do with it & literally just wanted to do his 'art'. I do think the idea that Sasori & Kakuzu were senior members is probably pretty accurate & makes sense
you know that in the Hiden novel, Hidan explains his religion to some kid him & Kakuzu met, and he makes it seem like he's killing to free people from their fear of death. "Kill thy neighbour", the kid asks Hidan if he'd ever kill Kakuzu but Hidan reassured him that since he hates Kakuzu, he didn't consider him his neighbour
I'm gonna have to do a ton of research to come up with 30 more captions, but you know what it's definitely possible, glad you enjoyed the vid (;
W video
They should of done more backstories in naruto...also every akatsuki haf to be taken down by in a non 1 v 1...sad...hidan itatchi and kohan were broken...also obviously pain
I've been waiting for a 12 years. In Azkaban !
thats how rated r movies work stu
what about that fella who was partners with itachi and was killed by the mizukage in the land of mist?
Juzo Biwa
You added orochimaru but forgot sasuke and his friends, they were akatsuki
Akatsuki group has more than ten members.
WAIT WHAT was the point of Zetsu recording all battles and whats happened with all recordings
Zetsu stored all those recordings within itself, and it was able to relay all that it recorded to whomever it wanted by either latching onto the person, or even project it like a movie (which happened in the Itachi filler arc)
12:45 orochimaru joined after itachi
both times we see Itachi join in the anime, Orochimaru's already a member of the Akatsuki
Deadass knew 99% of this y’all just got to pay attention to the show and there were a few holes in the iceberg as well some of what he didn’t know can be pieced with common knowledge and PAYING ATTENTION TO THE SHOW
i dont think deidaras explosion kekkeigenkai consists of eart and lightning because his weaknes is lighning as we saw in the fight vs sasuke who defuses deidaras bombs with lightning. also zetsu and tobi couldnt use the wooden style kekkeigenkai, its just a asumption of the autor because both could disapear in the earth and trees but all akasuki could do it ... so much BS in the first 2 min already. only hashirama cells could use wooden style whats so hard to understand about it
............ yeah both Obito and Zetsu have Hashirama cells and both used Mukoton in canon 🙃 Next time read the series first & save urself the embarrassment
it was a great video but hidan is imortal and he has no reason to revive him because he never died
Hidan can die from malnutrition
How are they immortal but they are all dead?
there is no eye of the moon plan lol its just the infinate tsukinomi
that's what Obito called it
The rings, what do they MEAN?
they were likely a fashion statement
How was he reanimated and he's not dead
What was the ost you used at 11:18 ive been searching for it
its the 'Explanation OST'
Just skipping over the sealing ritual?
it'll have to be saved for the Part 2 of the Iceberg
The whole cloud village needs to chill
they need to learn a thing or 2 from Bee
Nah kakazu, hidan, and kisame are just evil
...
The Raikage was the 'Akatsuki' leader before the Akatsuki tbh lmao
lol basically
I would presume capturing an artificial intelligence and LARPing it all over the Internet would look much like the Naruto show.
What's the ost at the beginning?
that's the preview
Does anyone know what episodes the akatsuki fillers are?
in the anime IT filler, Tsunade's dream (ep:432-450) has Sasori's Akatsuki, and the following arc (anime adaptation of Itachi novel ep:451-458) had the Akatsuki as well
Music is way too loud I can’t hear shit
Why does every Naruto content creator have a speech impediment lol
