Hi sir,,I have a trouble gear box,,if not loading will be run and if have a load the gear box,not function but the motor make a noise,,what is that prombel sir,,can I show u a picture sir,,

During investigation you can't use broken and worn-out words in your report if you will do it then the RND team may have rejected your gear box report and case.
I faced these issues in my report.
