10:04 good choice. Harry Kane is a good goal scorer but Neymar is also a good playmaker AND a good goal scorer. The decision really depends what you think is most important. Goal scoring or play making. If you want a solid goal score you should pick Harry Kane but if you want a solid playmaker you should pick Neymar. It really depends what you feel is most important.
