My older son came out to me and told me he is trans. I asked him why he didn't tell me. He said he didn't think I would understand. I am open with him and told him that I love him no matter what he is. I worry for his future. He just now started experiencing with make up, nail polish and wearing female clothes at home. My other son is bi. We give birth to them but what they are in the future we have no control. All we can do is to support them and love them.

Very good perspective. This is a much needed discussion to educate Filipinos who has still much to learn. So much labelling and discrimination. Pinoy make a laughing stock out of the gay people which is so unfortunate and frankly infuriating. This conversation is long overdue.
