Great video , I've been having the exact problem with the bottom hook and its interesting to see the use of "back half guard ". I have short legs so this seems to be a good staging area for the back
Super useful. Jon, have you heard about the training Greg Souders has implemented at Standard BJJ? My understanding is that they don't drill technique but rather learn through games with set parameters, similar how Josh describes the rules he gives for active drilling. Would love to hear your thoughts on this.
