Sitting here at my shop at 3 in the morning, came early to work.
My husband's health is turning to 💩, and I have no family around.
This music lets me know that even if the apocalypse happened tomorrow, I'd still have the same amount of people.
Same amount of hope.
Guess what?
Same monsters too.
At least in my story, so I pray yours is a heaven ton better than how mines going.

It is not just this game, it is gaming in general, there is so many awesome music in games that give us these emotions and make us relive this masterpieces of gaming history.

@@heyitsnick6648 I’ve always loved TLOU 1 and 2 but I’ve finished my replay Nathan drake collection and nearly finished Uncharted 4 and I’m starting to think I like them more than TLOU. Uncharted 2 is my favourite, Uncharted 3 is underrated I think and incredibly fun and 4 is just pure gold.
I love listening to the beginning of this just staring out at the rain under the porch light on the wicker sofa wrapped up in a blanket with my 3 year old son and 2 year old daughter cuddled up asleep next to me and all i can think of is nothing but peace and tranquility

May be one of the most polarizing video games ever made, but you can't deny how eerily beautiful it can be in many aspects of its design, particularly in the way it's music effectively encapsulates you into its environment.
Yeah. Regardless of your opinion on the story, you have to admit that the game's ambience is top-notch. The music, the environments, and the attention to detail in every place imaginable. It's crazy.

It's so thick with atmosphere. I think keeping it all coastal locations was such a good choice; it really differentiates the places from Jackson. And yeah its real hard to beat that Seattle view and ambiance in this game.
This game has touched my soul and awakened my humanity. I’m getting Ellie’s tattoo done on my arm next week, to symbolise the change and impact this breath taking game has on me.

It's 11:49pm. I'm worried about making rent and paying my bills on time. Lightning has been striking for the last couple of hours with the occasional sound of thunder to accompany it. My older brother has fallen asleep on the couch behind me. I'm stressed out about my financial situation. Yet, somehow I feel comforted listening to TLOU music. Especially this one. Thanks for helping me to forget my troubles, if only for a little while. 💜

I know a lot of people don't like the story of TLoU2, but this is now my current favorite game, and I am truly amazed at how a game this dark changed my ability to empathize with people. TLoU2 will always be dear to my heart no matter the hate. I love this game.

I love this game with a burning passion, the music could make me bawl my eyes out. I got Ellie’s tattoo as a permanent memory of how much this game affected me, it’s an amazing game made by amazing people and I’m literally so thankful to everyone who worked on it. This game gives me such comforting vibes even tho it’s supposed to be quite the opposite, where we never rest, but it feels so different to me
TLOU is my favorite game and listening to this while I study incentivizes me to stay focused, just like how I'm playing a videogame. This makes studying more enjoyable.
Idk why, but this music does something to my mind that no other Chill music can do to me. I come into a state of trance, hyper focusing on what i'm doing, blocking out all the noice from outside.

Games are like a form of art. Like a book, like a movie, like a song, you can get lost in. The countless times I spend my tireless nights playing a game. Lost in a world forged by the creator. All games (Minecraft included) are masterpieces yet to be unveiled by the master. Games are and always had been a treasure of mine whether old or new. Sometimes I might say that I had been born in the wrong generation or the wrong time but yet to be apart of this world maybe that statement doesn’t hold up as much or have lost flavor in its meaning. I sometimes get the sense that games may be a direction in my life. I have a purpose and a passion out there but I haven’t figured out yet. And if my purpose is tied to games, I wouldn’t doubt it. The world is changing and an era is emerging. Time marches on and something new is about to emerge. Something Unknown.

Did I like playing as Abby? NO. Did I like the ending? NO. Was it still a great game with amazing graphics and weather? YES!
Honestly, fair enough. Can't argue with that.
I guess more people would sympathize with Abby, if the plot didn't put her explicitly into antagonist's shoes at the very beginning. After all, she was just revenging for her father and her friends, considering what Joel had done to them.
@@ildar5184 Ellie was also "just revenging for her father". Joel didn't do anything to "them" that they did not cause. They were about to murder an unconscious 14 year old for a 10% chance of getting a cure. Joel acted out of love to save Ellie. Abby on the other hand, acted out of pure hatred and even tortured Joel. It's illogical to compare what Joel did to what Abby did.
Ignoring all the herculian aspect and some forced encounters, the core story conveys that not all battle has to be fought not all battles can be won, revenge will lead to the path of Darkness where you might lose yourself and the memories of your loved ones. All that can be done is Survive.
