To become bartender first you need to apply for intern, after that you need to train for Host (What I did) or for Chef, after that you need to get the points by working (Note that they reser every month) and finally train for Waiter or for bartender.
I misses the old restaurant and the old tag named "Bartender". *I'm a bartender in Pablo's too*.
