Good idea. Unfortunately, my eyes aren't what they used to be and the writing on these is just too small to read. I may go ahead and use them just by coloring them, just because I can reference what the actual color will look like on my cardstock instead of depending on the color of the marker to be true.

Don’t they say you should lay the markers on the sides?
YES always lay flat NOT stand up For the view of the camera I had to send them but ALWAYS lay flat

The box is a tower so the lay flat on the side
