Generally doctors won’t even operate on someone who has unrealistic goals for surgery. I definitely feel like body dysmorphia and being transgender on top of that probably play a huge role into her not feeling good enough in her own skin. I just hope she takes the time to see she’s really beautiful and doesn’t need any extreme surgeries.

27:52 man ppl in our community have so much childhood trauma that needs to be unpacked especially if you big or already gay. It’s like ppl constantly pointing out your flaws but I appreciate Tanka for being vulnerable enough to speak his truth and his uncle was very supportive that’s very important.I love ppl and I love that he is so different and himself and so aware of who he is.
Tonka’s story is such a blessing to bare witness too. So proud to see black men (I.e. Uncles, fathers, cousins, brothers) love on their queer kin, be active in staying engaged and present in their lives, and reminding them of the beauty they bring to the world. I want to know more about Willa, she is the realistic one up there! She has struggles that she is dealing with, sometimes winning, sometimes losing....she is trying to balance life being on this web series and trying to work and she isn't always smiling acting like things are good when they aren't. Best of all, she isn't being extra, trying to get a storyline, throwing slugs at everybody and stirring the pot! Let's see more of her and what her day to day looks like, instead of all these staged get-togethers for the group so somebody can argue and fight!

Sevyn’s excuse that her hormones are causing her behaviors is very problematic. These behaviors clearly existed prior to the start of hormones and the excuse is inappropriate. Take accountability for your behaviors instead of placing blame on something that you can control and attempt to change. Stating over and over that your hormones caused something can be invalidating and harmful to others.

Two broken people were able to find each other and give each other the strength to continue to move forward, when neither could have done it alone. That is a real friend. They need to have a conversation and set some boundaries, but I just don't get why you could so easily let someone like that walk out of your life. I would love to have someone like that in my life!
Tonka is what’s needed on this franchise. Tonka’s story is so powerful and touching. I was proud of Jae for being a support system to Wayne, beautiful moment. Willa is the realest person on this show. Good episode

A GOOD plastic surgeon will refuse to “just do what you want because you’re paying for it”. That Doctor refused to be caught on camera giving bad medical advice or work, as he should. They are medical professionals that have the education and know best about what may occur or damage your face. Has she not seen the show Botched where people have gotten what they paid for only to destroy the inner workings of their body??
