But apparently TPE can make better use of the units elsewhere. I am glad you covered this line as we recently went to the Hopetown Railway Museum at Darlington and i was wondering about the railway that went through it, there was a station called North Road and people were getting on and off at it, but i was told that the line went to Saltburn.

With Redcar British Steel railway station mothballed and not being used anymore. I think it could reopen and to be renamed as Redcar West with new development and some of the factories to be reinstated.
I won't be on it Sadly and I won't be chasing it as well. I might see it at Stafford on Sunday but I am planning a Class 323 video for this Sunday which has been filmed.

Hi Ray, have been thinking about a drone for ages being honest and as for the other station, should had done but needed to get back to Newcastle so I could take the Chathill Train for another video that I was filming but can't show that yet until I filmed more ECML videos
@@Sim0nTrains yeah mate drones are good and do enhance other peoples vids ive seen, ive got a dji mini pro which is a brilliant drone and easy to fly, keep checking on dji website as some times they do have sales on so u could buy one cheaper than normal price. i do recomend getting the drone with the hand held controller with the screen it keeps you from using yr phone as the screen which can lose conectivity with the drone during flight. catch you later mate and take care.
It sounds like a challenge being honest and possibly would take a whole day but there are problems with that doing it one day. Bishop Auckland to Darlington is hourly service. An embarrassing situation happened to me, the trains I used many years ago were inter city 125, toilet door had a sliding lock. Went on a train recently with push button door. well I was using toilet thinking when the door closed it automatically locked, lol wasn't. Door opened, me piddling in toilet the guy said nice! As the door closed.
It has happened to me a few times, I opened the door and there someone in the toilet as they didn't lock the door, it's embarrassing but I do forget about
What from I remember is that they want to restore the timetable to pre COVID and its, easy to turnback a Redcar Central so they can move a unit onto another diagram, I'm not 100% on the reason but I know it not complaints about noisy trains as they were the Class 68s which are long gone from TPE

Hello, This is what the comment section is for. 1) I use the DJI Osmo Pocket 3 Camera 1a) depending on videos, I used to film with the Canon Legria RF806... This was till the end of 2023 1b) Especially in this video as the DJI Osmo Pocket 3 hasn't got a good zoom, I used a Sony DSC-HX60 Camera to help with the zoom shots. 2) The mic I use is the DJI Mic 2 Transmitter (I brought the Mic with the Creator Combo, it does cost more to buy the creator combo but it's worth it) 3) The software is Wondershare Filmoria, the latest version is 14 but I am still on 13, You do have to pay for a license key and also for the yearly update to the latest version (That's why I'm on 13 as I haven't paid to upgrade to 14 yet) 4) 1080p60, The Osmo Pocket 3 can film in 4K but I don't like 4K due to creating Proxy files which takes a long time. On the map, yep that my mistake and hold my hands up to that, Information like that won't get announced to the public till late November into early December but what I've seen there are some interesting changes happening, like TPE will be running a 2 hourly service between Huddersfield and Leeds. When I heard about that, that was bad but just seen that Northern will be running a 2 hourly Huddersfield to Leeds service which makes that line with a hourly service
Its a pity about the old stations on the route being closed, i hate those little bus shelters, they give you very liitle shelter from the wheather, especially if you have a long wait. Are the people of Saltburn going to be left with a meaningful train service that they will be able to use during the winter, it seems unfair that commuters have to suffer just because they live in a town that has seasonal tourism. It s not really encurageing people to use the train is it.

Great vlog of the Tees Valley Line Simon. I Traveled along this line in 2018 to Saltburn before TPE even extended beyond Middlesbrough.

What is the reason for the cutbacks ? Complaints of noisy trains at Saltburn perhaps. Or revenue sharing is a possibility.
