    Would you consider making a video on how you print things? Like a how-to with tools, paper recommendations (sticker, velum, etc), how to align things, the programs you use, how you resize, what you use to hole punch and trim, how you organize the digital files, etc.
    As someone who has never dabbled in rings, it seems really daunting....
    Specifically it looks like you print on sticky notes which I would love to try.

      Oh I totally agree!!! I just have zero idea of how to do any of that - how to print on sticky notes I have no clue lol - and Lindsey seems really familiar with that kind of thing so it would be a very helpful video!

      Looks like it's gonna take a while so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.

    I totally agree about the empty space in the middle of the page looking worse than at the bottom, and I actually learned that in a design class I took - you don't want any "trapped white space" anywhere, it looks nicer to the eye if the white space is to the outside. So you were right about that! 👍😁
    Also I'm loving the new trend of not migrating tasks daily like people used to do in their BuJos years ago. Copying out tasks over and over used to be "the thing" to do, but this makes so much more sense to do it by page!
    (oh and thanks for explaining the Nuzlock thing, funny enough I just had said on your IG that I had no idea what that is, I know nothing about Pokemon. Now I know 😁)

      I think in a true daily planner I could see moving things along day by day, but I’m always trying to save a little space where ever I can in the planner. Also migrating tasks over and over makes them seem more stressful for me personally 😅

    • @starbucksmocha88
      @starbucksmocha88 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@lindseyscribbles yeah I agree, I start to get stressed out the more I migrate tasks like omg I still haven't got that done! 😱

    I also really liked HoriMiya!
    I like how you mentioned processing it “by sheet” on sort of batching your dailies. That makes a lot of sense, and is a good visual/headspace grouping and update trigger. If you update every day...that’s a lot of stress and churning IMO.

    • @lindseyscribbles

    Awesome flip! Love the Weeks!! About the Midori tabs, I’ve been using them for several months and had the same experience. The “orange” tarnishes quickly, silver never seems to. I’m also I’m humid climate. Still looks neat though 😁

    How is the Hobonichi paper at the back after you glued paper on it? It still look so smooth

    • @lindseyscribbles
      @lindseyscribbles  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It wrinkles up a bit, but still easy to write one. I placed my pencil board behind the page when I glued the insert on it to try and help things stay flat

    I love your set up! Do you find the Pilot Vanishing Point snug in the standard pen loop that comes with the VDS?

  • @00tlo00

    What height did you ask for your VDS to accommodate the CoC?

    How did you trim down the cover? Which sides?

    • @lindseyscribbles
      @lindseyscribbles  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I trimmed the top and bottom off the back (right hand side) flap so it’s more like a book jacket on the back versus a slip in cover. Hopefully that makes sense!

    Did you get the EF or F nib for your fountain pen? I’m debating on what nib would work best for TRP

    • @lindseyscribbles
      @lindseyscribbles  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Mine is an EF! I chose it bc I prefer thinner pens, but I do think the EF lays down less ink so it dries a touch faster.
      For journaling I have F nibs, bc I want a better chance of seeing shading etc with my more colorful inks
