I have installed Onyx but as production goes over 3 KV the voltage start increasing resulting in inverter turning off the Grid. my green meter is on the same pol as the WAPDA transformer. does it Only does not support high volage? Thanks!

Chint DDSU666 energy meter use RS485 protocol to communicate with inverter. Check The 2 data wires connected properly or use can also use RS485 to usb dongle to debug with laptop if the energy meter sending the data.

Hamara ghr pa 3.6kw ka Carown company ka enverter laga hoa ha, bhai dar asal problem yeh ha keh wapda ka 3 ya 4 volts drops hota hain to inverter charging supply off kar ka backup pa chal jata ha or 5 secand bad phr sa charging shoro kar deta ha. Kia Solar max wapda consume karta hai 5 kw kai system mein even though consumption 2 kw sai ziyada na ho?
had the same issue. changed / swapped the wiring of the chint meter and alarm went away.
