I do love that blog on the Vasona Branch, however I wish there was more about his 3D printed passenger cars. I tried reaching out to him about them, asking whether he'd post updates or make the .stl available to get, but he never replied. I've had great results scaling HO 3D print models to G scale but very few model railroading folks are interested in scaling up designs they've made, or offering them under CC or some other license.
You should name the restaurant Camarones Valladares, because it is my last name. It is a Mexican name with Spanish origin. I believe it sounds like a family run restaurant name from rural Mexico.
There were numerous reporting marks in this era: (ALTA) is the main reporting mark used sometime after WWII. Before then the Ferrocarril de Alta Califonria (FCdeAC), San Diego & Arizona (SD&A) and South Pacific Coast (SPC) were split between equipment purchases in Mexico and purchased in the US. Into the 1970s you'd still see SPC and FCdeAC lettered equipment rolling around. The SD&A lettering mostly disappeared in the 1920s. Think of it like the Southern Pacific having subsidiaries like the T&NO, NWP, GH&SA.

Or just use an actual shrimp on a cocktail stick … and replace it when it starts to smell 😂

I have a question. What does the railroad look like today? Has it been absorbed? Or is it still around. What power do they have?
How about ‘Milagros con El Famoso Fricasé de Camarones’.
Emporio de camarones y mariscos de Guemas, or "guemas shrimp and seafood emporium"?

Will you ever model ALTA into the 2000's to the 2020's? however I feel like ALTA would've been purchased by Sp in the late 80's
