Lap 9 adds the scrapped hardmode mechanic and lap 10 makes snick faster and in lap 4 there were supposed to be no war timer and they would make lap 10 have the war timer

I'm not really a fan of the war timer being added earlier. I feel like it makes it less threatening knowing that it'll just refill as soon as you do another lap. When it was on the final lap it felt more like the game is done with you and you need to get out or perish. Now lap 10 just feels empty and like it doesn't add anything.
