As soon as she stepped out in the second lehenga, I knew it was the one. It was so regal, and she immediately looked happy in it. Her Keck lace from her father looked like it was made for the dress. Beautiful!

The most important thing to translate: When the mom pulled out the Jewelry her father had made for her She said that she asked the dad "who's gonna wear that?" and he respond with "my princess" We indians are strong believers of fate so the fact that the second lenga looked like it was made to go with the necklace is making me cry

Ok, I am western, so I'm going to get the terminology wrong, but before I even get to her wedding choices, I fell in love with the silk shawl she's wearing when she enters the bridal salon. Those rich colors, and the narrow cobalt band, the tassels. Yes, please! As for the dress she picked? I think she looks magnificent, stunning and regal.
I love Divyak so much~ the brides and families I've seen on the Indian version of the show seem absolutely lovely and the dresses are actually beautiful, but Divyak's charming and supportive personality is what steals the show for me. I hope this version never loses that wholesome charm!

Lehenga is basically big skirt worn with a cropped or long top (choli) and a shawl (dupatta). Saree is a 5 yard log unstiched cloth which is draped over the body in a particular fashion. Underneath Saree we wear blouse and a petticoat. In this episode bride wore lehenga with different lenth of tops.

Lehenga is 3 pieces - top different, flared, heavy skirt kind of bottom & a dupatta. However, sari Is one 6 meter cloth which you drape around
