Have you guys cooked with it? I found it to be very poor, veggies are still hard after a 8 hour cook and meat is tough. Read similar reviews online and I have a feeling it’s because of the non stick coating.
I have the same experience, I cut my veggies small now and sometimes increase my cooking time. I know they write in the book that comes with, veggies must be 2cm-3cm big, but still, they are to hard for my liking. It is my first slow cooker, so I am not sure how others work with veggies. I also experience that even though I don't put in water, the food is drowning in liquid when it is finished cooking. I don't know if other have the same experience. Again, my first slow cooker, so I am not sure if they all do this.

Yes we have cooked and it works fine! We cooked chicken and veges.
