Mike Hesson he is one of the best coach ever Rcb have entered Play off consistently on his coaching period... Some mistakes are happened during buy back in mega auction but he tried his best for RCB... He get the Rajath Patidar to RCB and Maxi.... Some picks are remember one... Thanks Mike...❤❤❤❤

Trying bengaluru local boys would be great who knows the conditions of chinnaswamy. Abhinav manohar, Manoj bhandage, Vidwath Kaverappa are some talents who proved themselves in local leagues.
Franchise like kkr and mi spend huge money on scouting and grooming that talent in their academy, csk has started their academy. Rcb is happy with their Rcb bar and cafe, they don't care much for grooming the Indian talent. After Virat Kohli for their highest run scorer is Rahul Dravid(indian) in 17 years they just couldn't produce one batsman.
As an avid cricket viewer, I personally relate to Mike's coaching style and team construction of bowler centric teams. 2021-2022 was one of our best double season stretch and still never gets its recognition, where we had 20 wickets by minimum 1 bowler, which is ridiculous for RCB
the thing which made me unhappy more than the the fact that we didnt get yuzi was when mike hesson got replaced ,yeah in 17 yrs i dont think that any coach any staff member have devoted their whole work whole concentration loyality hard work like mike has given to rcb and when rcb was a dumbest team who always been kept finishing on the last spot mike led the rcb from that worst time to the top contender for ipl winning teams so there were no need to replace him he was great at his work . love u professor🥺❤
Was he responsible to bring hasaranga and alzarri joseph at astronomical price and updating all fans that alzarri is super bowler and then realized how bad he is after half way? Waste fellow for RCB. Hopefully no more such blunders innthis 2025 auction
Can anyone explain the new RTM rule? Suppose Shami got sold to MI in 8 Cr and his old franchise GT wants to use RTM for him and MI raised the price to 11 Cr. What if GT thinks it's too high and decides not to use the RTM now. Will he be sold to MI in 8 Cr or 11 Cr? If it's 11 Cr then any team can misuse this rule, every time they will say they will use the RTM and when the highest bidding team increases by some amount they will say no. In this way they will just increase the bid for the player. If it's the same amount obviously they have to use their RTM then. Any thoughts?
@rajatheshhm That I know bro. Punjab has 110.5 Cr. So suppose for Rabada they want to use RTM, any team will increase the bid for 2-3 Cr because they know Punjab will afford this way more money will be deducted from Punjab, right?
@ yes if they ready to pay that increased bid they should match that bid supposed rabada sold to dc for 8 cr , first obis has rtm if they say yes to rtm , dc would ask to increase to 11cr , now pbks has to pay 11cr not 8cr and purse deducted 11cr only not 8cr
Hey, you've understood it right. And teams can use it to try and make other teams to raise their price. However, teams have the option of letting go of the player as well. In the example you cited, if GT use an RTM on Shami only to increase his price, MI have the option of not increasing and letting go of the player. So, if GT don't really want the player, they might risk having to buy players that aren't a part of their plan. Cheers :)
@@cricketcomtv Thanks for the reply. Yeah that's interesting! I feel for some players this rule will be used to increase the price for sure, not much but 2-3 Cr where certainty is more. For example, Siraj & Jacks for RCB, Arshdeep & Livingston for PBKS, JFM for DC, Miller & Shami for GT, Chahal & Ashwin for RR. If I'm the team owner and the highest bidder for these players I'll definitely increase by some amount even if that's out of my budget.
