This was one of the best meditations I have participated in for a good number of years. The voice was gentle, kind, and felt compassionate if that makes any sense. The music that accompanied the guided meditations imagery was flawless, joining with the facilitators voice seamlessly. And the deep breathing, the garden, the affirmations, all of it brought a smile to my face and peace to my mind, body and spirit. Thank you 🙏 for this beautiful gift. Namaste.

Not really sure this can be counted as a meditation when there are adverts blasting out e ery 3 minutes. I got to the point where I stopped listening to the arguably good content and instead just counted the ads - 9 in 39 minutes. Won't be coming back
