i have been watching this since angry bird 3, i got a present on my birthday and was soon disppointed to find out it was the pvp station light and it had ab3 on it. i needed more info on it so i searched for it on youtube, and i found your video on it, and it was still a pretty new video. ever since i have watched your videos and loved every second of it. today, i came to a realisation, why the hell am i making an emotional comment about a channel that plays and reviews bootlegs thank you
There actually is a fanmade tweak patch fixing the controls and altering the music to be more accurate and similar to the SNES original. As far as I remember, it also made the initial number of lives/hits to be the same as in the original. In terms of controls, the game is played really easier with that applied, but I still like the original "unpolished" bootleg feeling of the initial version. Anyway, thanks for your efforts in reviewing the game. P.S. There is "Aladdin 4" as one of the alternative titles for this game as well.
I quite like that remix of A Whole New World. It's one of the songs that I think survived the Hummerization process better than most. Also i like how stage 1 music the drums are slowly drifting out of sync with the rest of the music.

You can tell Hummer Team really tried to make this as good as they could make it back then, even if it lets slip more than what's ideal. They knew they couldn't match the quality of the original, and they weren't trying to anyway. It's an alternative. It's not an empty, soulless cashgrab. It's not like Sonic 3D Blast 5.

Games that LJN published seemed to deviate from the source material to the point that they didn't even resemble the properties they were licensing. Obviously it's not quite the same thing since they were copying games as opposed to adapting movies, but Hummer Team was very faithful to their source material.

Um... What happen to the SNES Aladdin soundtrack? It looks like a drunk musician hitting random notes and plays like garbage. Oh come on, Hummer Team can you make a decent cover of these songs just like the original composer did to the original Capcom's Aladdin for the SNES.
