I'm ploughing/cultivating a field right now. Another tip for people who do not have this mod, like me, is to plough vertically. It's hard to explain, but from what I been seeing is there are rows in the field. On the hood of the big Case with the tracks, at the very tip there is a emblem. If you line the emblem up in a row, you come out with straight lines. Same with combine harvesting. I should do a vid on it but I never used GPS or any other mod to help me.

hey xXFastFingersXx i have downloaded and installed the gps. Everything works great and an awesome mod BUT I HAVE A PROBLEM. The HUD is really small on my screen and very hard to make out the buttons. Is there somehow to make the HUD bigger? Please let me know. Thanks

hmmm, thats strange. re download the .zip file and place in your mods folder. DO NOT unzip it. or try this link : www.dropbox.com/s/3rogyy1ogsyl7x2/ZZZ_GPS.zip?dl=0 This link above is a dropbox of my GPS.zip folder so if it works for me it should work for you mate.
Josh Conway it's a basic tutorial to get people started. Yes I agree I could have added another 20 minutes on going in depth, but then most would find it boring. Thanks for the comment though.
Disagree, you can show people auto turn feature and lane controls in about 3 minutes. Sure you COULD make it 20 minutes but without reason. Also it makes your title misleading.
Josh there is a lot more he could of done, but he would then need to make it so even the village idiot could understand like the guide MisterMoose did but then people moan it's to long

I wont if there is something in your settings like "menu size" maybe have a look into that as well.
My normal use is, Line up to the edge of the field, Ctr+np 0, ctr+np 3, ctr+np enter, that should set it all up ready for cruise control
yes, i do the same, apart from ctr+NP3, i usually use the buttons on the pad.

have you installed a mod from the main menu? if not, do that, then it will add the mod folder.

i did it exactly how you said, but i dont get the ctrl+keypad 0 menu. says in the f1 hud missing file something something.lua.

It say that in the F1 menu but the controls should still work

This guide is incomplete it misses some important things off on how to automate things. You can automate a field with this if you do it correctly.

i haven't had a mod mapfolder, so i made one. But the mod isn't in fs17 what do i do wrong?
I have downloaded other mod btw, but they were from the main menu and I have tried searching it in the windows thingy
I can't get gps mod working... it is in my mods folder.... tried multiple times and in multiple places.....
try taking all your mods out apart from that one mod. try that.

I cant get it to show up on the mod part of the map when i load in. I have gotten other mods to show up but gps wont show up for some reason.

nm i just kept uninstalling the folder from my mods folder and reinstalling it and it eventually showed up in game.... wtf haha
Yeah it was on. But the problem was it wasnt even showing up in the mods to be able to turn it on in game when I went to load up my map.
