Dr.Pedro Orey their percussion instructor is a big dci fan and he works wit alot of people from dci , and they use evans heads, thats why they are so clean and their drums sound so gud
You probably dont give a shit but does anybody know of a method to log back into an Instagram account..? I stupidly lost my account password. I love any assistance you can give me
@Caiden Colin I really appreciate your reply. I got to the site on google and im in the hacking process atm. Seems to take a while so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
I mean, my comment wasn't from just watching online. I watched you play the same cadence in Norfolk last year, and had the same critique...see my videos. But trust me, I appreciate what SI does, and was just stating my opinion. Keep putting on a show.
Just overall sound quality. Not saying all cores can chop but a lot of them sound good. Their technicality and chops are just great. Not saying that tenors are bad either
shaquan talbert lol I can where your coming from but I agrre woth jokerful, you have people like them, VSU and NSU that have a lot of attributes that can be qualified as corps style but isn't because they still have that traditional HBCU groove style as well
I don't like that there is always a snare drummer that seems to not know the whole cadence, or cant play a section. it was dude on the end the first time, then the girl in the middle. if the cadences are too hard, sit them down or water the materials down. that's kinda embarrassing.

Drums sounds great. I know I'm years late but they were the first HBCU I seen playing Evans drumheads. Damn they sound good
"Best of both worlds"
I love how they have their drums tuned like a core style band, but they preform like a southern style marching band!

Another hbcu that would be corps style if the didn't have tenor drums they're great

Just overall sound quality. Not saying all cores can chop but a lot of them sound good. Their technicality and chops are just great. Not saying that tenors are bad either
that doesnt make them corps style lol .
Good point. They just can chop

The tenors could go away and I wouldn't miss them at all.

Bcu has the cleanest percussion in all of hbcu. But there cadences are boring
