I also used Pauli’s advice buying a 16613 , I had a choice of 2 and chose the older one which was on far better condition . Without following his advice I’m fairly sure I’d have chosen the wrong one
What about the movements? Is there any way to check that?

why not ask to use a big desk mounted illuminated magnifying glass ? wouldn't you rather avoid squinting?
