    We are moving from West Michigan to Palm Beach. Selling our home in West Michigan and buying in Palm Beach. I sent a calendly request. Looking forward to speaking.

    My husband and I recently started talking about the possibility of moving to WPB from California. Praying we can do this within the next 6 months. ❤ it would be my dream come true…the only thing holding him back is the wages in Florida however the pros seem to outweigh the cons.

      Got it RKG. It is beautiful here. If you want to hop on a call to discuss - let me know. I am always studying the cost of living and wages here in Florida. calendly.com/ray-207/meeting-with-ray

    Really nice video, thank you. We currently live in Austin Tx, we would like to move to West Palm Beach. I work in the restaurant industry. The low season in Austin is from June to September, but I can still make money. (I'm moving because there is no sea here) Are the restaurants empty during the slow season in West Palm Beach?

      Hi Captain, Thank you! Interesting question. While I am not a restaurant expert in this regard - I have been told a lot of restaurants hope to do “ok” during the summer. They make most of their profits in the season. What kind of restaurant are you thinking?

    When I get there I'll get you a lemonade. How is the pizza?

      I'll take it :) How's the pizza? It depends on where you are from. Chicago? NY? Where are you?

    The farther you go west from 95 the worse it gets. Don't live west of 95. If it cost is to much then go some other place.

    • @LIVINGINPALMBEACHFLORIDA
      @LIVINGINPALMBEACHFLORIDA  ปีที่แล้ว

      Interesting that you say that Jack. We actually see more people buying west of 95 than east in recent years.

    Hi Ray! How’s the weather in late September early October? Does it rain a lot? Is it still warm to swim on the beach and in the pool? Thanks.

    • @LIVINGINPALMBEACHFLORIDA
      @LIVINGINPALMBEACHFLORIDA  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Great question Nanyuma! It starts drying out around mid-October. The big issues with the weather in Palm Beach in September is the increased possibly of hurricanes that month. Have you ever been here?

      @@LIVINGINPALMBEACHFLORIDA I've never been. I've been watching all your videos to get an idea. I'm a teacher in the SF Bay Area and it's basically unsustainable here... is a 50k salary workable there?

    • @LIVINGINPALMBEACHFLORIDA
      @LIVINGINPALMBEACHFLORIDA  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      From what I am told the cost of living here in South Florida is substantially lower than SB Bay area. Is $50k enough here? Depends on your lifestyle. Let's talk. Do you have any plans to visit our area in the near future?

    Florida sucks bro be serious. I’ve never felt so unsafe living there last year in my life…
    If you have to work and do errands all day then don’t get fooled by the nice weather. It just makes everything miserable. And the people? Worst excuse for ethical and moral human beings on this planet. There’s nicer people in the Bronx…
    Oh and forget about getting a good wage at work. You’ll end up slaving and suffering just to look at palm trees thru your apt window. Not for young people at all.
    I’d say south Florida is solely a retirement state, as it has long known to be, and for people 40 +. Not young people trying to advance in their career. You’ll just end up shot at the gas station late at night getting snacks or cigarettes
