i think arishem is gonna be good for us who aren't collection complete, because he does give you a chance of being able to play those cards your missing through his generation, so for that i think he's gonna be great.
When I get Arishem, I plan to have a few destroy for board clearance, wave to help get warlock out early, devil dino for the huge hand situation, and crystal for extra draw :) need to get access to as many cards as possible!!!

Darkhawk decks are gonna be eating good against Arishem decks lol but honestly he seems like a fun care more than a good card which is more important imo. Also Magic is probably a must just for that extra turn to play a big card

Other half is your dream draws; Quinjet The Collector (does he power up from the cards Arishem generates?) Hope Summers Pixie M.M.M. Corvus Glaive +3 energy as early as round 3 is crazy. Of course the RNG is always in your favour right? 🤞🤔😏
I think board space will be an issue so I’m more likely to skew my cost spread higher. Edit: Also waving on turn 2 and playing a 6 cost which your opponent cannot.

I personally see him going in a Loki Dino shell. If Arishem gives you garbage, just Loki and play your opponents cards twice as cheap and with extra energy. How do you lose 😂😂

In a game where everything is random anyway, adding more randomness for +1 energy is worth it.
I think the +1 energy could make up for all of the randomness
Electro gives you that, doesnt screw your deck over and goes insanely well into blink
