Cameron Brink, is one of the players that caused me to start watching the WNBA. Not only is she absolutely gorgeous with a superb eye for fashion, style and looks stunning in everything she wears. But a very good basketball player, making a name for herself as a defensive player, for the LA Sparks, playing the center position. Attractive, athletic and seemingly a very down to earth woman. She is also amazing! These two are totally different in looks and in play style. Their value is what are the respective teams looking for and how each player fits into that.
This was a really deep draft class for the WNBA.
The sad part is she tore her ACL. Hopes are that she has a fantastic recovery. This rookie class is a pretty good one. No doubt about that.
Making a point concerning Brink having one more National Championship than Clark is nuts. Plenty of college superstars didn’t win a National Championship. That little dig does nothing to minimize what Clark accomplished. Top scorer ever, third all time in assists in women’s.
Brink is a stud. Can’t argue that. I’m a big fan.
WNBA is in the best place it’s ever been. Hopefully the fans stick around after the newness of this rookie class wears off.

Her situation with the Olympic Team is the Caitlin Clark Catch-22: She is playing The Steph Curry Way, but the other players are in pre-Steph mode. It took Curry several years for the Warriors to build the right team for that style. The Celtics will be only the second team to win that way. The 2019 Raptors had a great 3-4, the 2020 Lakers had a great 3-4 and another 4-5, the 2021 Bucks had a great 4-5, and the 2023 Nuggets had a great 5. Clark's success will come as her team can build the right team for her style, the Curry Way.

When I watched the mj era in 90's the 3double was just something they mentioned in the post game, but they weren't in awe of it. It was just like hey, mj had another great game, nice! In fact im not sure if the league as a whole drooled over a 3double.

Brink is lasted as 4 inches taller than Clark but when you see them next to each other it’s like bivouac one of them is listed wrong. Based on seeing her with other people I suspect Brink is at least two inches taller than her listed height. Of course, Clark and Diana Taurasi are listed as the same height but the only video I saw of them talking to each other Clark definitely looked taller.
