I watched grandpa cooking for orphans when I was a teenager. Now that I’m almost 30 it’s makes sad knowing that grandpas no longer here. Yet I’m happy that’s his family is keeping his legacy alive.

This isn't gyros, tzatziki sauce doesn't have parsley or lemon, and iceberg, lemon & pepper have nothing to do with Greek salad. Also this clearly wasn't olive oil. BUT, WHO CARES! You're feeding children, you have the friendliest vibe and most importantly you keep the legacy of Grandpa alive. So none of the above matter because what you're doing is remarkable😊
India version of a Greek gyro it look nice and colorful the chicken smells good with the marinade you made I can't do 🍋so well but yes on all the other spices 😀✌❤
Basically this is Hota Chicken with Raitha and kuchumber. Something that was invernted before the Greeks were even esthablished. All you need is a Naan with it!
