I use to be like that and didn't realize that it wasn't about me or how talented I am on the Drums. I'm 40 years old and I started playing drums since I was little. Finally 2 years ago, I realize and God convicted me that it is not me people need to praise, It is all about Jesus. Jesus is the one we need to praise. I am just an instrument willing to Play and be used however he wants to use me. Praise Jesus, not people. I mean yes I understand it does makes you feel good when people come to you and give you a compliment. But there is my chance to speak up and tell them is not me on the drums. It is Jesus.
