Went though something very similar this year and I can attest, you speak the truth. I commend you for sharing this with your viewers, it only helps to build strength in the community. I wish it was because of the artificial habitat, but that is not the case. The lake is over 60 miles long from dam to dam and artificial habitat was only installed in a couple of coves. The 2007 invasion by quagga mussels has resulted in a tremendous increase in crayfish population, which in turn has allowed the smallmouth bass population to expand. This is the same for Lake Havasu, although at that lake over 800 acres of artificial habitat has been installed. In Lake Havasu, the redear sunfish population has greatly expanded in size and numbers (world record 5+ lb sunfish) due to the quagga mussel invasion. Redear sunfish, known as "shell crackers" in the southeast, eat the mussels themselves.
Wow wow the fishing was great and informative, but you really got my attention as a Brother in Christ Jesus. I love Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ and the Holy Ghost. 14 years ago I was taken by ambulance for a stint. Dr woke me and told me the work they were going to do. I said not with out prayer and could he offer it, he could not he was East Indian I said no problem so I said the prayer for him and those who would assist him. At the end of the prayer I heard several amens in the room. After my surgery he met me again once I came to he said he had been a doctor for 22 years and had never had that prayer offered.
