I love watching you and your Newfies. Their personalities, temperaments and intelligence are so much like my 2 English Labs. I also love watching you training with water rescue, etc. Kudos to you for being willing to have them in the Texas climate, especially with their high grooming needs. Those are the only reasons that I don’t get one because I am in a hot, humid climate also.
When the furs are wet, they look smaller. And the second dog looks like saying, "See, I told you all that fluff add at least 7 pounds and I'm on camera, so that's another 7 pounds."
as a bather in a grooming shop it’s nice to see a Newfoundland parent taking such good care of their pups at home!

They are all so beautiful! I bet they are super soft after their bath. You still look amazing after bathing 3 dogs. I would look so burnt out haha! 🤗

I HATE BENDING DOWN TO DO ANYTHING! Bravo! ..Great idea using that table to wash them. It makes a huge difference.

I work in a grooming salon and we have a few of these big guys come in. They are the sweetest!!

Most people forget to consider getting a Landseer Newfoundland. They're black and white and just beautiful. I would recommend to at least look into them.
Baths are so much easier with a Newfie. I have a fully corded Komondor Ugh! They take HOURS to dry!! No hair dryers just fans. Your Newfies are delightful, thank you for sharing!

the first two looks more fluffy and sort of round in the face and the last one a little sharper there - is there an explanation for that or is it just like we look a little different as people? can you tell if they'll be round or sharp when they are puppies? they are all so adorable

We didnt use the sprinkler to cool off in the summer, we hosed down the newfies, then stand close as they shake.

How do you get to stay there. Although Mr Jeff isn't too much of a problem when I wash him in the kiddie pool. It's hard on the back.

When you said no we don't do that, that's your sister, getting them fixed will help with that tremendously... Just saying.....
A few things, we show our dogs and they cannot be altered/fixed. Secondly mounting is hugely a training issue and neutering will not resolve everything. Last, newfs and any giant breed dog should never be neutered/spayed before the age of 2 when their growth plates close. Our dogs are never left alone together in the yard or the house, and they know what’s expected, this is totally a training thing for us!
