Thank you for your response. But it is very disappointing that engine support broke down on a Tata car running with speed of just 15 Km/hour (got the vehicle serviced in the month of January 2024). Moreover, there is not even a single episode of any accident/collision since date of purchase (July 2020). However, I have managed to get broken bolts out of the engine chassis by taking help from a local mechanic. Tata should have recalled thier cars or should have made this free , as i hv heard many nexon owners about this issue . They are using very cheaply made mounting parts.
If you didn't drive your vehicle after hearing noise, then ur axle shaft will be okay, only 3 bolts are required costing Rs. 36 each. I drove the vehicle for 5-6 kms after the incident and was 100kms away from the authorised service centre, drive axle was leaking, paid 1400 to the local mechanic and welder for removing the broken bolts from the engine chassis, they installed used bolts and temporary sealed the axle. Tata charged Rs. 1800 as labour for inspecting axle, engine Mounts(A,B and C) and installed new bolts and axle bracket for Rs. 200. Total Rs. 2000
@@dushyantkumarshandilya6362 hllo brother , same happened with me , i drove only 400 m after the noise came , and axle boot is leaking . tata oberoi is saying total cost will be around 30000 , 10-15 k for axle and 12-15k for water punp , he said lower part which has nut on it is water pump and it needs to be changed . so hows your parts performing now after the repair and how much you have drove it after the incident ? And did u welded the nuts on that same part
@@lyrically1888I drove 5-6 kilometres but no severe damage other than leakage, only 3 bolts and an axle bracket were installed. Everything is working fine after that. You may approach any local Mechanic shop having expertise in Tata cars for guidance before repairing it from Tata workshop.
@@dushyantkumarshandilya6362 thnku brother for replying, but i had already towed it to tata service center . Service centres usually go for replacement, did you insist them for repairing or they did it themselves ?

@@lyrically1888 Talk to the mechanic at your own level , he will give you the best advice.
