to be totally honest I like this version more than the original. I feel like it has more weight to the situation, and the high note things that start at like 2:18 are less annoying.

But yeah - My only criticism is that the key-shift at 2:31 feels a bit strange, and I think the rest of the song from that point onwards may have been better while keeping it at the original key. Otherwise, utterly stellar work.

I just think this is overall BETTER than the original It's Happy Hour! The addition of more drums makes it much better in my opinion. Plus, I think the Genesis sound... stuff... whatever it's called, is really good.
Why didn't you use that part of the sound chip that's used in sonic 3 that has a voice that says "Come on" and use that to try to recreate anton or anne saying "it's happy hour!"
