@@musicadda2634 THANKS BUT THOSE TRAINS STAYED WITHIN THE VALLEY. HERE A TRAIN FROM MUBAI OR HOWRAH WOULD HAVE ADDITIONAL BURDEN ON THE RAILWAYS. I KNOW IN USA TRAINS HAVE BOTH MODES WHAT WE CALL CONDITIONED ENVIRONMENT ADJUSTED TO THE OUTSIDE TEMPERATURES AND HUMIDITY WITH NO OPENABLE WINDOWS.

The local passenger train in kashmir is also heated, so i guess this will be too.
