I always measure tank to tank mileage and it's always 1.5 to 2 kmpl difference between actual and MID mileage. So if I follow what you have said, will there be no difference in actual mileage and MID mileage?
Noop , only for those who are getting less mileage on mid, after driving very smooth also, bcz its a problem many owner face and thinks that they are getting less mileage, that's not like that, wrong data it shows sometimes.
It works I bought Tata altroz 5 days ago Mileage was 9 to 10 in MID I did as shown in video Mileage jumped to 14 to 15 in local and 20 to 22 at highway. Thnx for informative video brother. Its 3 yr later from video posted.
altroz abhut achchi gaadi hai mai 1600 km gaya tha tab mera milage 29 tak chala gaya lekin baad mein traffic ki vajah se 25.7 rah gaya . 2 service ke baad milage bad jayega. i went with family four member
@@harikishanyadav42 i have travelled with 5 passengers including full boot at the speed or around 90-100 wherever possible and travelled 350 kms. On mid it was showing 18 kmpl.. is that fine or it should give more?

In my car Altroz petrol DCT ..Distance to empty falls drastically, actual km run is 4.. distance to empty goes down by 14.. is there any cure for that.. i hv been driving since a year now. Mostly ac on at 23-24..fan speed 1-2.. overall avg showed 11.8 for 6600 km run in 1 yr.. basis this when i fill 20 ltr fuel, distance to empty calculation is dobe 20*11.8.. 230-235 aprox, however if actual km run goes down by 10, at times distance to empty goes down by 32-35 km..
Make sure to keep one trip reset every time after filling full tank, and use your trip b for every single drive even small patch, it will easy to check mileage then
Thanks for your response bhai.. I do reset trip b to chk mileage.. recently I was getting a good milage about 14. Suddenly felt that issue of less mileage is visible. Trip reset karne pe fuel to empty shows 88 km.. after driving for 2.5 km without AC and at least than 2 rmp, at halt, distance to empty went down to 81 .. next day same thing, after driving further 4.7 km on high way, at halt that trip b 2.5 km run went to 7.2.. however distance to empty came down by 12 km, from 81 to 69.. service centre guys just bundle up random answer. It also shows fuel low sign, even when was seeing that distance to empty was 120+.. if you hv experienced such issue, pls can you help.. service centre mechanic also did this battery terminal detachment trick.. at one point it shows 82 before unplug, then after plugging it showed 92.. however after coming home and reset trip, it was same again.. observed from 88 km distance to empty (above example)
It's not a trick it's a truth which is done by service centers if you don't get good mileage on mid after driving perfectly, after doing this you will get near mileage data ,

Plz remember to change mode whenever start drive after a break because city mode is by default

Same case, increase in mileage while driving both trip A and B, suddenly dropped while on traffic..till 0
So I should reset it later right after putting the -ve terminal?
It will show 0 only when you remove negative terminal, i didn’t see 0 in my car lowest I saw 8
