Ok, I am a little confused so can someone explain it to me? I know Clank was made in a factory as some kind of a defect or a glitch but he was also created by this “Time Keeper”, how does this work exactly?
This was form the old games during the ps3 era i believe but the lightning that struck the factory made clank, they see him as a defect but he is the son of the timekeeper
The PS4 game is pseudo non canon reboot of the first game told from Qwark’s perspective so anything about Clank and Ratchet’s origins doesn’t really hold much water, Rift Apart and future games are gonna continue to take place in the original timeline.
The PS4 Game is actually connected to the Ratchet & Clank Movie Universe. You see, the Ratchet & Clank Movie is part of it's own universe, and not connected to the Main Series Ratchet & Clank Universe. Clank does have parents in the Main Series Universe, with his mom being the computer of a Warbot Factory, while his father was once the leader of the Zoni, a group of intelligent beings who are made out of pure cosmic energy, and also the creator of the Great Clock, an important location of the Ratchet & Clank Future Games. Mainly because Clank posesses the soul of Orvus' Son, XJ-0461.
Also for people who haven’t played the old games but wanna know the story, or people who wanna rewatch the cutscenes without digging the games out or playing the whole way through them for ten minutes of cutscenes.
