“Had to look up my own video to solve that problem.” That’s legendary. Listen up, beginner DJs, Phil Morse has officially forgotten more about DJing than you will ever know.

@digitaldjtips #digitaldjtips Bluetooth is in a real battle phase at the moment as you mentioned,, not only do we have Bluetooth SIG SBC and LC3 (technically on 5.4 now ( low adoption and poor latency)), we have Qualcomm who have retired their Low Latency APTX LL (40m/s latency) for APTX adaptive,, Sony still are pushing LDAC,, interesting is AOSP LDHC and their LLAC which is better than 30m/s,, its part of the AOSP (Android open source project) so free for OEMs,, i think its going to be a while until their is a clear winner,, not recommended but side note you can purchase Bluetooth dongles that transmit and add them to equipment,, also i see Mackie and others integrating Bluetooth in on their DJ battery speakers ,, thanks for all you do making these videos , answering questions and your amazing written reviews on your website ;-]

SKAA is actually an entire standard - you can purchase transmitters and receivers, you don't have to be limited to Soundboks gear.

I can BT stream to my speakers directly from Ipad running Djay Pro and it works surprisingly good.

I'm not a Pioneer fan but that mixer is something else. If I had the money I would buy it tomorrow, I'd listen to Mojaxx review through headphones and I could hear the difference to ordinary mixers. They have succeed to combine the digital world with excellence sound quality. The mixer delivers the combined sound so this on a good PA would be something extra.

Agreed, it is a very desirable mixer!

Numark hit a home run with the Mixstream Pro series. It has everything at a budget price point. I use it more than my more expensive "Pro gear". And as engine dj improves with each update the Mixstream Pro just keeps getting better 👍

6:49 doesn’t having a streaming service linked to your dj software serve the same purpose?

What is linked tempo? I had someone in the DDJT FB group bring this up to me. Is this a Serato feature? They said it was useful in big bpm jumps

It is simply using the beat sync feature so when you move one song's tempo, the others stay in sync. All controllers and systems have it.

Computer gamers use wired controllers due to latency, for sharper game play. As do Audio files continue to use wired headphones as they are aware that the sound signal is cleaner and purer via wired headphones. Be nice to have wireless DJ controler and computer connection.

I don't know what you're talking about with bluetooth. Both my keyboards (one is a keypad) are connected by USB-C and my mouse by UISB-A.
My somehow three audiodevices are connected by USB-B and USB-C, but okay, one of them has a Bluetooth input. I'm not sure for what though.
This said, my smartphone can probably send audio via Bluetooth. Never did it. And my PC has Bluetooth. I'm sure of that. Never used it.
Also, my studiospeakers don't have Bluetooth in.
