- 2017年２月19日、中嶋徹は、アメリカ・ビショップにあるボルダリング課題Lucid Dreamingを登った。V15という世界最難クラスのグレードがつけられ、2010年にポール・ロビンソンが初登して以降の７年間で、ダニエル・ウッズとアレックス・メゴスのふたりしか成功していなかったきわめつけの難課題。
中嶋は、2015年の初トライ以降、2016年、2017年と、３回のツアーを要してこれに成功。トライ日数計16日間という、自身最長の時間をかけたこの課題に、彼はなにを見ていたのか。
計３回のツアーすべてに同行し、その一部始終をカメラに収めた橋本今史によるムービー『BEYOND』がついに完成した。映像クリエイターであり、自身もV14を登るクライマーである橋本。ふたりが、Lucid Dreamingにかけた２年間を語る。

I love the sheer rawness of his emotion, both in hardship and in conquering the problem. I respect climbers who have the will to break through their challenges and failures.

Amazing climb. I love how he used almost the same works as Alex Megos when describing the problem. Something along the lines of 'no tricks, no heel hooks, no drop knees'
