The more I know about Fiverr the less I wanna work with it.
Why?
@@MikeNardiTV Because I have to do this and that and they are not a platform for the seller and the buyer, but only for he buyer. If I make a contract outside of these platforms I can play with my rules (I would still make the buyer first, but within our agreemant!) Also, why I can't choose of I wanna work with a client? I should have the right to choose him as he also has the right to choose me. Sure, I have to do my marketing, but I also have to do marketing because the platform will not do this for me. So why should I pay for them? Waiting them for months for bring me a client is very bad situation also. It would be a better platform if they would play ONLY a middle man between the client and the seller.
I'm going through alot because of this new system, I was about to be top rated and now I'm standing at level 0. I would love to coordinate with you in this matter if you can help me by reviewing my gig. Thank you.

This is so frustrating. I got 5 new 5 star reviews and still nothing changed from the score rate

I tried the effective communication templates from Fiverr and now i have clients complaining, because i'm asking for too many details.
This Success Score system is so shit and annoying, hope they delete it.
Every client is different, just using a templated approach is not going to be a one sized fits all solution.
Hi Mike, Is it permissible to have two Fiverr seller accounts on the same computer and IP address without risking suspension?

bro can I take 1 month vaactions on fiver and after vaactions my gigs never came on ranking sometimes it only came on ranking but without the keywords just on option direct to logo design gigs and after some 5 stars order it derank again same think happening from past 1 year kindly tell me solution about it i almost have 90 percent repeat buyers but still not any buyers I have all 5 stars reviews on profuile and also private reviews but still not ranking on search keywords
Hi Mike, Thank you for your video. It's always helpful. For your info, my Success Score has always been 9 since the roll-out and remains 9 to this day. I'm not sure why I have such a high success score, but my communication skills are always on point. I hope that helps.

Yes prices are important too, to have clients happy, but value and communication are the key factors I observe. I have been able to keep a score of 10. I reply within reasonable times, polite and use the communication to add value to client (tips, hints, make them know I am available if they need, etc). Even though my prices are in the $150-300 range per gig.

My success score was 7 when it was introduced but now its 9.
It was just annoying they didn't approve me as a top seller. Now have to wait for another 6 months

My favorite is when I say that I have low statistics, and they tell me to "work on communication"🤣 no one writes to me, my email box has been empty for a month, there are not even spam SMS.
by the way, today I was fired from my job, so I have to conquer Fiverr somehow, sometimes I think that all this injustice is because I didn't buy a single course "how to become successful on Fiverr" 🤣🤣🤣
Not buying a course has nothing to do with why you haven’t found success yet, it takes time, you’ve gotta build yourself up and learn the ropes. Don’t give up!

New-ish lvl 1 seller here: my S score is now 4. It says that "cancellations have a negative impact" and I had one cancellation (last year) in 31 successful gigs...
Yea Fiverr absolutely hates cancellations. Just focus on continuing on doing great work and things will keep improving

No you shouldn’t
So basically, the old system was measurable, quantifiable and based on clear numbers, rules, and goals. Suddenly, we now have a new system that is unquantifiable, and unmeasurable. I just magically get this score and I do not even get any feedback or a list of things that went wrong to work on, the least they can do if they actually care about making people work on their weaknesses. It is very hard to believe that this is a fair system that is not just a way to totally manipulate levels, buying and selling based on a hidden agenda.
I feel like "revisions" count as conflicts AND/OR lead to your orders being late if the revision time goes past the time the order was actually due. Has anyone noticed this?

They still don't at least in my experience. You can see your % late metrics at the Analytics > Overview screen.
@@AlexandreSNunesI also can see my rating from my buyers as 5 stars but we know this means nothing so… I don’t really trust any of the metrics that I can see for myself anymore. Also the promoted gig CPC keeps climbing. Maybe that was their goal. 😒😂
My Fiverr account was flagged and I messaged Fiverr support and they said it's permanent and it's actually affecting my gig, My most selling gig is not even on the market place at all. I have checked with multiple accounts other than mine and I can't see them. What can I do about this Mr Mike?

I have a lot of clients that I cannot work with.... I wonder how negatively this affects my score when I let them know i am unable to take on their project 😑

@@ugcdeanne I think the opposite actually, be human with your clients. I think a lot of the problems platforms like Fiverr are facing are people leaning too heavily into taking the easy way out with AI

What is interesting is, the negative affect is faster than the positive effect. Fiverr says, the Success Score is stable and changes very slowly. But we see within days, many sellers success score dropped from 8 to even 0! WTF!! Whereas many sellers are reporting that even after buyers are giving them positive reviews, there is no positive effect on the Success Score.......
It is as if Fiverr wants you to fail and doesn't want you to 'win' or 'succeed'....
Thank you for the video....I like the positive attitude you have shown in the video. We need to understand this update thoroughly and adapt accordingly.
With time our understanding will change. Like any new update there’s always a rocky period for the change to fully take effect
I will say I was a buyer turned seller this week when I realized how many foreign sellers posed as Caucasian English speakers with fake reviews. I believe the new guidelines are to prevent this even though they could just use IP Tracking against most of these accounts except for those that use residential proxies.

@@MikeNardiTV Some people are just picky that way, especially if they feel that they have provided enough guidance, and your question may seemingly be too simple. I just don't know. As I said, can't please everyone.
I wonder how low Fiverr stocks need to be before they start admitting that the new system is garbage. Earning update on May 7th raised the price of the stock from almost an all time low, but I suspect this will be short lived.
Stock price is not necessarily an indication of what you’re implying. The last earnings call they had actually showed pretty strong performance as a business

The reason is likely a violation of Fiverrs terms and conditions, this is why it’s so important to understand them before starting your business there
Uploading multiple files fails every time if you upload videos that are even only 100mb

bullshit! you are same as the fiverr customer service, repeat the same thing again, i have 3 gigs with over 40 orders with only 5 stars, and it get 4 to 6 score and you do whatever its not going to go up magically for last 3 months i got only 5 stars and they have selected the additional review too which is visible below the review they have provided
