Baltimore County surrounds Baltimore City except for the County where the Capital(Annapolis) is located. That is Arundel County at the Southern Tip of Baltimore City. LOVE THIS AREA!!!!!!

I think when the temporary traffic pattern for the inner loop traffic is in place (moving the northbound lanes south), they will shift traffic on it so they can reconstruct the permanent inner loop lanes.
