Дааа вспомнил детство. У нас в Украине тоже так свиню резали. Заколят, обложат соломой и подожгут. А как солома сгорит поросёнка укрывают старыми пальто и шубами, а мы детвора садимся на него сверху и сидим. Родители пугают нас что вот он сейчас как встанет и даст нам прикурить. Потом папа с дедушкой поливают его кипятком и счищают всё лишнее. Он такой жёлтенький получается. Ну а потом и колбасы, свежина, сальтисон(набитый мясом желудок).....эх было время. Надо друзья возрождать традиции,а то всё забыли.

In rural parts of Eastern Europe the people still butcher their own animals and process them as family groups or village cooperation. Enjoyed the insights into the traditions of the Romanian People. They are poor compared to the standard of living of much of Western Europe but seem to express their happiness with their lifestyle.

That is slightly disturbing to me to know there are folks who dislike watching their fellow humans in another part of the world celebrate a holiday that is celebrated worldwide.this is only positive from my vantage point. How are we suppose to develop as human beings when we can't embrace each other's cultures?id really love to have a chat with the folks who dislike seeing humans sharing their company with each other and enjoying a meal together.seriously I gotta know.

Not a single person men or woman has washboard abs or slender personality. Everyone is chubby and most importantly happy and satisfied. I don’t know what the trend is in cities, people just starve themselves to be on a diet and maintain a slim figure. Always wondering how good they will look at the expense of an empty stomach or health food which that hog also will not eat. City folks earn so much money and buy expensive clothes watches cars and the lot but don’t have a smile of contention on their mugs. This simple rural life in Romania, honest hardworking people enjoying winter by feasting on a hog. Good eating all around, later on sit by a warm fire and doze of peacefully. Their counter part in the city would be simply running around here and there doing more work, earning more money but enjoyment, nada. They would not have gotten a good night rest . With social media and smartphones and all other technology items, mental stress simply increases and not makes life comfortable.
