Mom Com India me n my husband only at home no one to look after severe muscle pain even nt able to carry my child if u can guide sumthng pls guide dear u have a lot of knowledge
There are few things you can do, start getting regular body massage for yourself as the blood circulation causes all these pains and massage helps to normalise the blood flow, check your neighbourhood for experienced ladies doing this kind of massage. Second start multi vitamins tablets post checking with doctor, as they really help build energy (are you taking iron and calcium tablets?), third have coconut water and banana everyday as they help rebuilt the hormonal imbalance caused during pregnancy, fourth if your budget allows then keep a full time help to do the household chores so you can only focus on baby !!!
