Honestly. Nearing the end of the main story once killian was introduced and killian specifically is what made me start to pay attention. I never paid any attention to the voice acting or cutscenes but the first time he switched voices with his sister caught me off guard and that’s when I started to pay attention
@@a_LaLi_LuLe_Lo First time I did this quest line with my friend, we were thrilled how you helped Paesyn to show his affection to Zolyn and the last cutscene with that had Paesyn still alive, my friend went ahead and watched it before I did and told me "Maaaaaaaybe you want to skip this one" and while watching it, I was like "What? Skip this? She is just.... PAESYN!!!!! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" and cried throughout the rest of the quest line xD

But it's sad how a game, with such amazing story line and leveling experience which constantly keeps you going turns slowly into horrible cash cow, which gets milked dry from every possible (and impossible) ways till it's more dry, than Sahara dessert. Especially this story line is brutal, but yet amazing though sad as fuck
While this seems like the most enjoyable and well done story in Tera as of yet... what the hell, they've gone as far as not even show your character in cut scenes anymore, we make literally no difference in anything that requires a cut scene.
wbi007 This was because FoA's cutscenes were CGI, while the Original was engine-based. There, your character could appear, because those were pre-recorded in-game sequences with the player character there, while in Fate of Arun, we had animated CGI scenes NOT made in-game. Therefore, individual players could not be programmed into it.
+CenturyNitro There's difference between cutscens and in-game cutscenes. Most of TERA uses in-game cutscenes and the creators don't have as much as freedom as they have by making them "video". While making them as a "video", they can use new animations.
In my opinion this story was so well done! The cinematics really drew you into it. The voice acting was great, background music was emotional and we'll placed. As sad as the ending was I loved ever minute of it. Hope they do just as good with future story quests. :)
couldnt agree more!! Im usually first one that stops cinematics just to continue quest, but this one really drew me into the story. I even cried when Paesyn died QQ, he was such a cutie in quests, trying to get Zolyns attention all the time, and slowly melting her heart. RIP lil fluffy

I have even tonight been writing to Tera to allow we players to set this story aright, and if we all write to them, maybe they might listen and allow us to quest to bring back these 3 heroes [ Syona, Zolyn and Paesyn ]

BHS/Krafton ignored my offer [since pain and death and misery are all they care about] but perhaps one certain private server who has faithfully carried on the legacy might could be persuaded to see my story and use it to move the story forward to a truly joyous end. I call my module: "Eden of Elinu: Elin Primordial" but it is by no means exclusive of any race. It simply is framed 100% around the Elinu lore, and the rise of the Blood Devan cult. Some "hidden" ingredients of this exist all around the original world, but have not, as of this point, been used, to their fullest extent, to enable players to enjoy as much as 30 more levels of highly and finely crafted lore in this game.

+tatiana saturno I think it's the quest where you have to look for Paesyn and you find him surrounded by enemies yelling for help. After you complete their quest you need to talk to Zolyn for a bit. The quest gives you different responses to her and you have to choose the one that kinda picks at her for worrying him and that's when she begrudgingly admits that she has feelings for him but doesn't want you to say a thing.

That's very different than admitting she's in love with him. Having feelings is more like I'm willing to try to see where things go, not omg I love you and wanna spend forever with you.
It was kinda sad when they died, but yet i enjoyed killing zolyn in the end. I was also kinda hoping to find the sister alive and not to be found dead also. Imagine that plot twist if syona was actually alive to find out her sister turned into an abomination that would have made killing her more enjoyable.
