I live just 35 minutes from Lexington, KY & we do have a HUGE problem with people in power thinking they are above the law! It crazy to me that the judge dismissed the charges against her! While she wasn't posing a huge danger, she was ignoring lawful orders and anyone else would have been arrested & their charges would have absolutely NOT been dismissed! 🙄🤬

There's nothing illegal about the way the truck was parked. The driveway was clear, it wasn't blocking even an inch of the driveway. Sure you gotta pull around the truck more than you normally would, but it's *not actually blocking the driveway* and that's the most important part, and it's also why the vehicles weren't towed or ticketed, and why the owners were not told by police to move their vehicle. They literally did nothing wrong.

That poor kid (yes I know he just turned 19)…his ‘mother’ seems to have been abusing him his whole life ☹️. I feel so badly for him. I hope he’s able to get some therapy to help him cope with some of the PTSD issues he’s absolutely dealing with, being raised in such a violent home.

That the councilman had a chance to get her record expunged without a waiting period of at least five years is disgusting on every level. You hit your kid in an abusive way you should have a criminal record for the next five years minimum 10 would be reasonable.
